Ladi Soul will host Merry Singing and Winging a Live Band Open Mic for all musicians, singers, poets, comedians & the community to enjoy! The event is this Wednesday December 23, 2015. The show starts at 9pm at 12 Street Wings 7247 W. Roosevelt Rd Forest Park IL. There is no cover charge before 9pm. After 9pm there is an $ 8 cover and $ 5 cover for those who perform on the open mic show.

I stopped in and what a surprise it was a bar with an huge selection of flavors for your wings, I tried a little of everything and let me just say Buffalo wild wings from now on I will just be going to watch the big screens, this place is a hidden Gem, if u are a true wing lover hurry up and get down here to try these out, you will become a regular the wings are light flavorful not overly greasy and tasty a must for the wing enthusiast!!!

Don’t go here if you want fast food. I went tonight and paid at 8:15 pm for my food (12 pieces of chicken-​fried/​12 pieces of chicken-​grilled) and it took them 45 mins on a none busy night. The waitress was nice but should have made us aware that it would take 45 min to cook the grilled chicken. I think it was just an excuse but for that I won’t be coming back here because all she had was excuses on why it took so long, sheesh they could have given a free drinks or something seeing as though they caught the chicken, killed it and then grilled it.

The wings are fine. Nothing special. The service is awful. Bartender sat on the phone instead of helping us and other customers. Ordered 50 wings and was told we could not split them up into 5 sauces only 4. Why? It was for 5 people! Then we asked for ranch and blue cheese and were charged an extra $ 8 only to find out that it originally came with ranch so we had double the amount. Along with the gangster rap and rude employees it was not a good experience. With all the other places to get wings this place should be on the bottom of your list. I’ll never go back.

Twice I have tried to give this business a chance and both times they blew it.
1^st time i ordered from them my delivery took OVER 2hrs. My food was cold and i got was a mouthful of excuses.
2^nd time i ordered from them (thought maybe it was a bad night)
My delivery took OVER 2hrs AGAIN. Half my order was left at the restaurant, and once again all i got was a mouthful of excuses and cold food.
The chicken wings at this place are very yummy but the customer service is horrible. I would rather go to Wingstop or Amatos than deal with them.

Ordered 25 wings, 10 hot, 10 lemon pepper, & 5 mango hab. They gave us 10 hot, 10 mango hab, & 5 lemon pepper. Lemon pepper were just plain fried wings & lacked flavor. Hot wasn’t hot & tasted sweet. I didn’t even taste the mango hab. We only ate half the wings. The 2 stars are because the wings were fresh, a decent size, & service was ok. I’d only eat from them again if I was there partying late at night and I was drunk.

Always great food, they have some great wings and I tried their ck wrap which was amazing! Try this place if you’re looking for a great wing place.

Best wings in the area! They have naked wings (awesome for ppl like me who has a gluten allergy sauces… may not be) every single wing is finger licking good! Their garlic Parmesian has accrual garlic cloves mmmmmm which is way way better than other places just season and powder and that’s it…
. Their cilantro lime is an awesome change of flavor, and the cilantro really brings out the incredible flavor of the actual naked wing! Their honey bbq is mouth watering, Cajun is just ok… if they tweek it with just a lil spice it’ll be perfect.
Update the inside of the place, seal windows for no water leakage during storms… also update delivery websites, have better communication from cooks to waitresses, & everything would be 100% ok!

This place lists itself as still open at 2 AM for food orders. But it is a complete lie in their kitchen closes at 11 PM. They should definitely be flagged as a non-​honest business

So I’ve been looking for a place to get a good order of Chicken tenders and fries and 12^th street has delivered every time (literally and figuratively). After my old chicken tender joint got bought out and went down the drain I’ve been ordering from 12^th and have yet to be disappointed. The only thing i have noticed is that the tenders haven’t been as large as i remember them being in the past but they still taste just as great and i don’t mind too much since they aren’t minuscule.

Never again! Received my order almost 2 hours later ordered 25 wings a burger and a chicken sandwich. Everything was cold to the touch fries were soggy as if they were left in the container for an hour. Definitely feel like I threw away $ 50+ tip

Waited for 30 minutes before someone said «hello». There aren’t a lot of people in here, but I had to go to the bar just to get drinks. When the waitress finally came to the table she walked off in the middle of me talking to her about the order I made at the bar.
The fries were cold when they came and the wings barely had sauce on them too.

Sitting here on the verge of a heart attack watching game 4 of the Bulls vs Cavs series and the Bulls playing like they ain’t got a title to win. Anywho, the food is always good, .50 wings when a Chicago team plays and the drinks are always nice. If you get Cindy or Mel you’re in good hands. They are so nice, friendly and personable. It took a while for my food today but the waitress Sheila made me a nice drink to make up for it :) definitely a nice spot to stop in to catch a game, a basket of fries and plate of wings.

Sorry to see so many negative reviews on here as I’ve really had nothing but positive experiences at 12^th Street. I’ve always had my food served hot and in a timely manner, and it’s always been delicious! The wings here are a little pricier than some places, but for just a few bucks more they are nearly twice as big as Wing Boss’s wings just down the street.
The bar and dining section seem pretty chill. Nice place to watch a game and shoot some pool. There is an interesting mix of neighborhood clientele and everything seems nice and relaxed, though I admit I haven’t really been there during peak hours. I’ve always gotten really great, friendly service. This place is relatively new and I could see how they may have had some service problems in the past, but it seems like (based on my experience) they are getting those ironed out. For those who haven’t been here before I’d surely give it a chance before writing it off due to the previous bad reviews.

«We are low on food» that’s what my friend and I were told by the waitress when we went to this place for food on a game day. We decided to wait because the server said the food was on the way. They didn’t have any flavors available except buffalo and honey bbq.
We wait and chat. I ask for lemon for my water and I did receive it. the waitress brought it over in HER HAND! We keep having to ask her to bring more water or more soda for my friend.
An hour later and the cook finally arrives and begins to cook. Instead of bringing out all of our food at once, she brought us the wings in batches. We asked for a complimentary dessert and she said they couldn’t give us that so instead she gave us each a rose from a woman selling flowers.
It was a complete disaster and I will never return or order food from this place.

This food arrived burned, it’s not even edible. Then they has a ton of excuses, my first and last time! Horrible!

I can say that I have tried 12 Street Wings twice. My first and last time! I waited an hour for delivery and the food was cold! I called to let them know and they could care less! No customer service skills whatsoever! I’ve had better wings at McDonald’s. Hey McDonald’s! Bring back your «Mighty Wings»!
Next time I’ll make them myself and will be faster than these idiots! If I could rate them triple zeros, I would!

This place is kind of interesting. I’ve been just a handful of times (apparently I’m presently the duchess though, ha) with coworkers, mostly to drink. I don’t eat meat so chicken wings are out of the question.
They have pretty good drink specials, I think on Fridays it’s $ 2 bottles or something. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be domestic or imports but I was drinking Stellas for $ 2. Awesome.
It’s new and clean inside, which is a bonus, though I admittedly do love me the occasional dive bar.
The clientele can be very… interesting. Last time I was there, we were all sitting at the bar and some weird old man was sitting in the corner mocking me. There was obviously something wrong with him, but I kept shooting him dirty looks nevertheless. One of my coworkers was going to have a word with him, but he left soon after after we ignored him for a few moments more.
As far as good goes, I’ve had mozzarella sticks (which were pretty good, despite the fact that I am NOT supposed to eat them for my health) and I ordered what I wanted to be a chicken caesae wrap without the chicken. I think they were nice to me and made a fancier veggie wrap instead. I was only able to take a couple of bites because instead of the caesar dressing I wanted, I was convinced it had mayonnaise on it instead. I have an aversion to mayonnaise that I couldn’t explain if I tried. Even in a case such as this, when I merely SUSPECTED it was mayonnaise, I was so grossed out and just couldn’t eat it.
It sounds weird to just want lettuce, cheese, tomato and caesar dressing, but that’s what I wanted. The lovely creation they made for me had mushroom, avocado etc and it was really nice of them but… like I said… suspicion of mayonnaise… Can’t do it.
I’d never elect to go here on my own, but if a group invites me, I’m always game.

I’ve got to admit– my first review was REALLY generous. I’m a sucker for local privately owned businesses that open. My first experience was pretty ridiculous there, but I love to give places like this a second chance.
Last night my boyfriend and I had a cheat night from our vegetarian lifestyle and decided to order some wings and see how the service and prices hashed out. Cindy was great. She took our order, was really polite, and answered all questions we had. Our food came within 30 minutes which is a plus. We ordered a 25 piece, 3 flavors, and usually that is 24.99. Luckily, it was half price Wednesday. So, our total bill came out to be 16.75 with the delivery charge and 2 ranches. Overall, the food was great. I’m usually not a huge fan of boned wings but they have amazing grilled boned wings. Love the grilled option; feels a lot healthier. Also, their «Hot» needs work. It’s barely hot at all.
Otherwise, I was actually pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting as good of an experience. They’re slowly but surely getting into the groove. Gotta remember, all of the wait staff is basically new to the service. They’re working out the kinks, but they mean well. :)
