Horrible horrible horrible service, had to wait to be seated but that was the best part;the worst part came when our waitress started taking our order… horrible attitude, got out order and had to wait 30 minutes for ranch dressing; she started arguing about a broom with a coworker asking him why did he have 2 brooms and he never cleans, we had to ask a different waitress for soft drink refills, when the refills came to the table is asked her for another beer, she completely ignored me and walked away, the last call to close the bar passed and she did not checked on us, not a single time did she checked on us. Finished eating about 30 minutes ago and barely came to check on us. They also ran out of corn and she did not offer to replace that appetizer with a different one. Really felt unwelcomed, unwanted and really unattended. In her defense she might be having a bad day… I also had a bad day and didn’t take it on my coworkers or her…

Pretty sad I went BWW today and sat at the bar for 7 minutes and never received a hello, hold on, I’ll be with you in a second, a menu, or anything…2^nd time that has happened… safe to say they’ve lost a customer. I work in the industry so that’s really unacceptable.

I’m at this location at the moment. Been here for an hour now. The place is not packed at all. Funny thing is I’ve been waiting for my food for an HOUR ALREADY! I’m pissed! This location is convenient, cooks are slow, service is ok, just asked what was taking so long for the food and their answer was «the traditional wing were ALMOSE done»! This place SUCKS!!!

Visited during lunch on a Saturday. There was no wait, so we were seated right away. Our waitress came by our table within less than a minute to offer drinks. Diana was informational about drink options. Ordered the popcorn shrimp as an appetizer. The portion was very reasonable, but we soon discovered that even the mild sauce was hotter than we expected. By this time, we had already ordered hotter sauces. Surprisingly, the hot bbq sauce was bearable and had a great flavor. Tried the ghost pepper (hottest flavor on the menu) sauce and ate a fourth of a wing. Good flavor, definitely very HOT! Also ordered a Patron margarita. Decent amount of alcohol, but it was a bit over sour. Food arrived promptly and was delivered fresh and hot to our table. Our waitresses checked on us regularly and was always very pleasant.

We came here for dinner on a Friday evening. it was around 7−730pm and it was so busy! We were seated within 25 min for the two of us. Lots of teens and sports channels. My hubby and I got seated at a booth. Our server Denise was very friendly and nice. Good to see a happy face! My hubby and I started with the fried mushrooms which was expensive for a small portion. most of the mushrooms were super small, like the size of the nail of my pinky finger! The price is definitely not worth it for the mushrooms. My husband felt like he was eating breading the entire time. We also had the chicken house salad which we thought was very good. We enjoyed all of it. We had the large portion of wings — our sauces were spicy garlic (favorite!), chipotle BBQ, and medium. We devoured the wings — good as usual.
Overall we had a good time. good food!

Just horrible 2 hr wait for a table,
34minutes to get greeted by our server,
2 hrs to get our drinks and another hr for our food just ridiculously bad service ! & our good was cold !

I love theirs wings, and omg especially their onion rings but their pick up service is horrible. I placed an order for pick up, and had to wait 1hour and 30 minutes to get my food. Then when I got my food, it wasn’t even the right order. They take too much time, and don’t even apologize for the wait or messing up the order.

Waited on the phone for 20 minutes got hung up on called back went on hold for another 15 minutes so I hung up and placed my order online. Wings were ridiculously dry ! Like hey where is the sauce

This was my first time eating at your establishment, but I was really impressed. At first I was skeptical about going after reading the reviews, but I’ve learn there experience might not be mind, and it we wasn’t. We entered, didn’t have to wait at all, for a table. The only thing that I didn’t like we waited 8 minutes at the table before our waitress arrived, but that was forgiving after she came and apologize for the wait. She was very attentive to us (Jennifer)…drinks were awesome, food/​appetizers arrived at out table, nice and hot. I will be returning. Thanks Jennifer for a job well done…

Only giving it a star cause I can’t give it a zero. This location’s service is ridiculously slow. Waited an hour for our «to go» order and watched people who got here after receive their order sooner. DO NOT come to this location. Avoid it completely.

Terrible even by fast food standards. Waited forever for service and had our orders botched twice. Then waited over 30 minutes wanting to order another drink … And then irritated enough to just want the check. When we flagged down a manager to get said check, she blew me off and disappeared. When the check finally arrived, the server had added another table’s drinks to our tab (inflating it by over $ 30). Had to wait so long for a resolution our «quick dinner» turned into a 2 hour disaster.
I try to be patient with servers realizing how hard their job is, but this place is just a joke. The lack of care was unreal.
This place needs new managers and servers STAT.

Was told there was a 30 minute wait, but got us seated within 20 minutes. Awesome! Ordered around 8:15pm, and it is now 8:55pm and nothing has come out yet. Is it that hard to fry some wings and toss in sauce? The table next to us has been gone for over 20 minutes and nobody has even cleaned it. I see waiters and waitresses walk past it and do nothing about it. Plenty of tables open yet there is a crowd at the front door. Get your shit together! There’s never a problem at the Chicago Ridge, Lombard, or Darien location.

Bad, bad service. Had an issue with the hostess as she was unable to fit a booth. After I talked to the manager, he was unable to resolve my issue and dismissed my complain. Seemed very incompetent. I used to come here all the time as I am not picky at all, but this will be the last time I’m here. Very discontent with the customer service.

Came in the other day, Wednesday, for lunch. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the parking lot was pretty packed and expecting the restaurant to reflect that. To our surprise, it was pretty empty! We were pretty hungry at the time so it was no big deal. We were immediately seated and shortly greeted by our VERY cheerful waitress! She was really nice, seriously, it was such a pleasure! It didn’t take us long to put in our drink order which was quickly delivered to us. It did take me a minute to decide on the food order, as I am a vegetarian I really wanted to get a good look at the menu. Our waitress was very sweet and patient, she checked in on us 2 times before we placed our order.
We decided to order an appetizer, the Cheddar Cheese Curds — YUM! I decided to go with the Big Jack Daddy Burger, made with the Black Bean patty and no pulled pork — Surprisingly good! My boyfriend decided on a Standard Cheese Burger and a side of Thai Curry Wings — He enjoyed it! Everything came out pretty quickly and the service continued to prove itself to be very enjoyable! Everything was ok! No complaints.
I’m not entirely sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. My boyfriend and I must have came in at the right time. I can totally see a place like this to be a madhouse when the crowd is in! It’s definitely built to hold a good number of people inside and out!
As for our visit, yesterday, it was enjoyable for a lunch with my boyfriend. There really isn’t anything negative to say. Honestly, I was just happy that they catered to my food restrictions! I’d definitely pay another visit, I’m curious to see the place in action at a busier hour!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
Every single time I’ve come to this location I’ve had an issue. I’ve been here about 6xs, I swear every experience is worse than the last. Parking is bad!!! 1^st off, they only have about 100 or so 16yr olds working here. The wait time is usually ridiculous. Tables are almost always not cleaned, or half cleaned. The food is gross (chicken always rubbery). Takes forever to get drinks. Managers are jackasses.
This has to be the worst BWW on this side of the Mississippi river!

Server took 10 mins to greet us.
Food took over almost 90 minutes to get to us!
Wrong order came out.
We had to fight to get our food comped.
Manager was not visible.
Server was too mean. He wouldn’t work with us.
I called and talked to the Manager after we left.
He said the shift was a perfect storm, and kitchen was down,
but still wouldn’t offer us a gift card or anything.
Horrible experience. This place needs help!

Ok came in here while the cubs were playing st. Louis. Yes we knew it was going to be busy. Walked in and asked to be seated at the bar, hostess replies «just go back there» ummm… Ok? The waitress finally came after 10 mins and asked who seated us here and just gave us this crazy look. Came back with out drinks and had us wait another 20mins to finally take our order. Finally placed our order and here we are 30mins later still waiting. Mind you she passed us u numerous times and not even acknowledged us. The bar area isn’t even as busy as we expected. People around us are trying to call the waitress over and nothing. FYI her name was «Eva»! Horrible customer service!!! Does bdubs hire anyone who needs a job?! Seriously?! I really hope management sees this and addresses the situation. Food was cold for the 30min wait! Please go somewhere else!

Stopped in past week hoping to put in a quick to-​go order. There always seems to be a lot of people waiting on tables here while there are several open in the dining area, bar area and patio. Big tables as well as 4 tops.
So we asked to sit at the bar and were warned to not sit at any table in the bar area. I’m never the type to get on the bad side of a BW3 employee so we obediently found a couple chairs at the bar. Put in our flatbread and sampler to go order and 45 minutes later… It arrived!
On the way out, there were even more open tables and still a number of people waiting to be seated.
The food was warm, mozz sticks undercooked and I would review the boneless wings… If they had remembered to include them! Plenty of better food places nearby.

I, by no means, expect excellence from the cookie cutter BWW but this was awful. I have been to many BWW and the take out here was inedible garbage. The hottest wings were not hot, unevenly cooked, and soggy. The fries were half cold and limp. I was really impressed with how bad it was — they almost had to try to make it that crappy.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. We’ve been here a handful of times and the service has been, at worst, good to excellent. We’ve only ever eaten on the patio, not that that should make any difference. Water glasses have always been kept topped up, soft drinks never ran out, and the offer of another beer has come before the glass was completely empty.
Food wise, there is a large selection of rubs and sauces for the wings. And if you’re unsure as to what kind of heat you will tolerate, or what a flavor may be, they’re ready and willing to bring you samples and a small basked of fries to give them a test drive before ordering your meal. How cool is that?
Maybe we’ve been lucky each time. Or maybe the others were expecting white tablecloth service from a wing place. I don’t know. Contrary to the majority of the reviews, give them a chance. If I’m write, leave a good review and tell the world. And if I’m wrong, well, make it known.
