I always come out of my way to visit this staff. I usually come here twice a day for my coffee fix once in the morning and once in late evening. Chris and john always take care of me and always make sure things are perfect. There’s another fellow there but I can’t remember his name at all but I think its Joe or Joseph. Recommend this place for anyone whose looking for a quick and friendly place!

This place is seriously a sad excuse for a Starbucks! Came to this Starbucks numerous times until I finally decided to write a review. First experience, coffee was ok but my cup was given to me with milk dripping from the sides! If you know me or have read my reviews im huge on cleanliness! Decided to give it a second shot, second time I went inside the store. The employees were horse playing among themselves not paying attention to customers, the coffee stations looked horrible and dirty! I didn’t even want to drink my coffee!!! Third time is a charm right? Not! My coffee tasted horrible! I watched them as they made it and it they did not make it right. Employees were using profanity among themselves. My personal opinion, they need to bring in better baristas and improve their professionalism and customer service at this location!

Severely under staffed. Right now there are 18 people waiting inside and the drive thru is backed up. There are 3 total people working… What the hell. Oh wait, one more employee just walked in.

This bucks can’t even put star because there is nothing about this place that warrants a star. The manger is beyond rude to guest, the staff is more into their own conversation then helping customers. I will be driving to the Oak Park or Broadview location for coffee where the staff is nice and makes you feel welcome and this is sad cause I can see the store out my window. I always said there would be a Starbucks in Berwyn but with staff like that they will fail.

Slow service, barista spends his time telling too many inappropriate stories (sexual whips). Loud baristas. Children were present. They don’t even call people’s name because they’re too engaged in telling their stories. Need lots of customer service training. Lots.

Not the best Starbucks ever. Reviews are right on with the staff. If you want to study in peace, forget coming here.
I am giving them 3 stars for two reasons. 1) They have never not got my order right and 2) They have a drive thru!
Awesome selection of mugs and food. Warning, parking is limited. Many Berwyn residents that live near by are parking in this lot and walking to their homes. Whatever you do, DO NOT double park! Berwyn police are just waiting to give you a $ 50 ticket.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been so far;(
Every time I go there they never fail to screw my order and never apologize. Employees are the worse. They need to hiresome experienced Starbucks Employees!!!

Not the best choice for some study time! Employees are extremely obnoxious!& Does any one really need their personal lives?! I don’t think so!!! Noise level is beyond deafening, a constant cacophony of obnoxious laughter and yelling with the subtle grinding of coffee beans! Can someone please show them how to properly execute the drinks…

I am giving them two stars to be nice… My co worker goes here a few times a week for drink runs.
Lets start here half the time they screw of the drinks. Make then wrong. Once they even double charged me on my credit card.
They are real close to my job with the drive through that is the only thing they have going fro them.
They should re train all the moron’s they have working there to make the drinks right and have better customer service.
Hopefully everything pans out in time.
We shall see
On a side note its real nice looking inside.
