Luke my advisor was a pleasure to work with, the ladies at the counter are as sweet as apple pie. My 2006 VW JETTA GLI has German paint. Reflex silver to be specific, and the work they preformed was STELLAR** The blending was done beautifully and they even fixed my HID headlight bulb FREE OF CHARGE. They contacted me several times to keep me posted on the car, and look forward to using them again if an event were to happen. Great job guys, keep up the AMAZING WORK…

This place has a HUGE round red sign on the front that says Cascia. I guess they used to be called Collison Repair but have changed owners recently. Just letting you know because I was confused when I was looking for Abra. I hope they change that soon. Moving on.
So far so good. I had a minor collision (dude collided into me of course) and I needed my car looking good before I go back to work. I have Geico insurance and they referred me here. Trust me I was not looking forward to this mess but was pleasantly surprised. The people here are fast, friendly and know what they are doing.
I was told by Geico that I had a set time to drop off my vehicle. I arrived much earlier than my scheduled appointment but the lady at the desk knew I was coming and pulled out my paper work. I just filled out a short form and gave her my keys.
Then Rob, the customer service manager came to talk to me. I showed him the bump and he told me what they would be working on. He said they would keep me updated through emails and text messages. I appreciate that because I Never answer my phone unless it looks important. Text messages and emails letting me know what’s going on is good customer service. I’ll keep ya posted on the quality of the actual body work.
