IHOP

Nothing special. The restaurant can stand to get a nice deep cleaning, it’s staff a reminder on customer service and promptness. The kitchen needs to reorganize and better adapt to the rushes that they will get. But this is an ihop — did you expect more than this?

It took 5 minutes for someone to come seat us.
When the gentlemen (who I believe was a manage) finally came, he told us «I can seat you but we’re out of most stuff»

Quick, In-​N-​Out service. Very popular. It’s always busy. Good staff. Only draw back is the food too often comes out barley warm. Waitress got my order wrong. But, I didn’t mention it. It was good.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. By far the most ratchet, underwhelming, horribly staffed establishment i have EVER encountered. Dont even think about ordering for take out. Not only will it not be ready, chances are it will be wrong. Just shut this circus down.

the worst staffing, slow service, always loud waiters and if u r on a time limit to eat «do not stop at this location»

I’ve been eating here, usually once or twice a month, for several years. Almost always as a party of one.
Generally, I have always received good to excellent service, and the food quality was good. The few times there was some kind of problem, I found that the Manager on Duty, was able to resolve the problem with little fuss.
Maybe not the best iHop, but new franchise ownership has done a great deal to getting the cleanliness up to standards.

At 2 in the morning the service was respectable. My only complaint was the rest room was nasty I didn’t think it would be that bad. I hope that they can get it right soon. The food was good.

This is worst ihop. Bad quality food and terrible service. Cook your own pancakes seriously!

Visited this place with my husband and son on a Saturday around noon. The service was bad from the moment we entered. We weren’t even acknowledged after five minutes of standing there at the entrance. Once seated our server asked if we were ready order. She didn’t even give us menus. After she corrected that mistake, we all ordered the Colorado omelette with pancakes. The food came out fast but lukewarm at best. The pancakes had cold butter on top of one pancake. The old fashioned syrup container was empty. It was basically lousy but obviously a reflection of poor management. I only gave it two stars because we didn’t wait long for the food, although mediocre at best service. This Ihop is not in a good part of Pg County and it seems like bad service will always be the norm. I guess consumers here just don’t give a damn about bad service because that’s all you can pretty much expect from Pg County businesses.

Pretty good service and the food comes out hot. Not the best Ihop, but definitely not the worst.

I’ve been here in the past experience was ok, today We arrive and the Greeter must take an emergency call, this is ok thats why it’s called an emergency the gentlemen she called to relieve her took care of one family then dissapeard, We waited an additional 13min before someone addressed Us, We were seated & had to get a server from another section to tend to Us, Brandon apologized for our wait, Trina the young lady that wss assigned to our table could not see us I guess & avoided eye contact by all means. Wow still waiting on our food, 2 parties that sat after us are done and about to leave, this is not good cust serv, will not be coming back, as I said n the begining the greeter had to take an emergency call, I asked Her the time the call came in she informed Me it was at 10:06 we was waitinv for over an hour and all the manager could say was therws nothing I can do, his name is Bob

This place is the worst it sucks beyond believe he has a horrible smell of mildew coming from the ceiling every time I come here it gets worse and worse I don’t visit anymore the food is okay could be better they don’t serve turkey items turkey sausage etc. need to call and order you have to wait on hold for at least 10 minutes or more and when you arrive it’s never rightI would not recommend this place to my worst enemy avoid it all costs

Trash. Waited 45 mins for a piece of toast. Had to get our own utensils and condiments. We were the waitresses only table and she still couldn’t get it together after 5 – 6 trips to the kitchen. You could tell she didn’t care. Lauren needs to do better. Won’t be back.

As much as I love ihop, this location is not as nice as it should be. It’s Sunday morning, and they ran out of pork sausage by 12pm. The waiters are very slow, as if they are still in training. We just moved here from alexandria. .and his one is not like we thought. If I need some pancakes real quick. I will come. Other than that​.no.

Sad that this particular IHOP gets a bad rep due to the area its in. However, once inside the service is ok. Just ok though. Food will be good. Prices the same. Customer service fluctuates though unfortunately.

Hey what can u say about IHOP I hi here a lot after pool because it’s near my house and USED to be 24 hrs. I’m only writing this review to let others know they are only 24 hours Thurs-​sat now :-(

Service was sub par to say the least. Restaurant wasn’t busy but service was slow. Waitress barely acknowledged us. 2 parties actually left due to lack of service. Oh and not to mention my chicken tenders were way overlooked and my waffles were far too dense. I will not be going back…

This place has come a long way! The management has improved very much! I was seated right away food was ok. I was very surprised from the last time I was here last year. What made go in today after experiencing the service from hell. I felt that they deserve a another chance. Now not sure what happens after this manager leaves. But today was excellent.

Service is always slow when we come. Others who sit after us always get fed before us. we seem to get the waiter in training.
