Mark is amazing! He is the perfect combination of experience, knowledge and kindness. He is even patient about all of the questions I ask! He has helped me with dealing with my sciatica and chronic back, hip and shoulder pain. As the other reviewer mentioned, he gave me specific, yet simple exercises to do at home, after each comprehensive appointment. I had immediate results in range of motion, release of pain and more flexibility. As I get older, I know one of the most important things to do is KEEP MOVING! :) And Mark has helped me to do that. Well worth the drive, if you live out of the immediate area.

Mark gave me a new outlook how to deal with the arthritis that started developing in my ankle. I was unable to walk more than five or ten minutes without it becoming inflamed and painful. He gave me a thorough exam and recommended a few simple exercises to do regularly. After a few days I was able to walk without exacerbating the inflammation. Another plus was that the reduction of the pain in my lower back ache I had had for years. I am a Kaiser member so I paid out of pocket. It was worth it for me.
