I love it, wife loves it, kids love it. The food is the same great chick-​fil-​a. Employees are always friendly. The owner is even a really nice guy. I’ve got a great play ground and even when they are jam packed full you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. You can tell this place is very well run.

Went by to get a chicken biscuit waffle fries and limonite I was rudely told by two girls they would not cook waffle fries never had this problem before I’m sure glad the customer is always right won’t be back there ever again

Great chicken sandwiches, Christian music playing, and great service Good for kids and quick.

This is a regular spot for my wife and I. The staff are awesome and friendly even with two bus loads of kids running around.

Today’s visit was even better than usual. The manager visited the table a few times, offered refills and was so attentive. The staff here is always nice and up beat but today’s staff was awesome!

Been here with my wife several times. The food is standard Chick-​fil-​A food. The location is most times very busy but the lines both inside and outside move at a decent pace.
Pros — Busy but lines move fast, the food is good, the waffle fries are unique and awesome.
Cons — It is fast food after all, price is on the high end for fast food but standard for this franchise.
Over all experience is typically good, not bad and not stellar.

Cindy went out of her way to make my lunch better. Something I always enjoy at chickfila that is always special is a hostess that cares. Consistently good food and clean environment.

I love Chick-​fil-​A, fast service, good food, the people are always friendly, and the place is really clean. What more could you want?

After a day of fishing @ Lake Tawakani, we were heading home to Dallas and decided to stop for a quick bite. Well… this is by far the best Chick-​fil-​A experience ever. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I tried the spicy chicken which was delish! Then ordered the banana pudding shake to go, DELISH!!! Tastes just like banana pudding, wafers and all.

This place has always been a 5 star for me. Their staff I’d extremely friendly. Their food of course is always fresh and tasty. Although, I don’t like their breakfast sandwiches. I always stick to lunch and dinner only.

Great staff– Kids love the play area.

I live in Crandall so Forney is the closest location for us to visit and I must say I am not very impressed. I am a HUGE Chick fil a fan & I know that this location is owned by the same owners as the 2 locations in Mesquite so I am surprised at how this Chick fil a rates to them.
On several occasions we have been at the counter with no one around except in the back looking at us (including the managers) I have been at the counter before & when the swinging door opened the female supervisor (or manager) and another female employee were just talking and looked right at me then went back to talking have been MANY times the employees are busy talking with each other instead of worrying about taking care of the customer. I visit this location alot & the 2 scenarios above are just a few of the issues I have with location. I know there are teenagers that work here & want to have fun at work but there have always been the same age employees in Mesquite and I have not experienced the same problems. Maybe it’s the management at each that is different. ??
Overall the food is normally really good but the service at this CFA definitely lacks the «Chick Fil A» service standards I am used to getting.

Very friendly Chick-​Fil-​A. Chicken is top notch and Tuesday, kids eat free with an adult combo!

Love this location! Staff very friendly– like pretty much any CFA. Play area always clean and pretty spacious. They have lots of fun family activities and events, too. My daughter loves when the cow makes an appearance.
