Very professional, great setting, super comfy. Love the one on one service. It’s so refreshing to have a conversation whilst getting your nails done! She did a beautiful job shaping and polishing my nails. First time hard gel nails for me and I love them! Great pedicure too with attention to rough spots. She really takes great care and pride in her work. I can’t wait until my next appointment!

I’m new to nails. I used to have them done regularly 10 – 15 years ago but the damage to my nails made it impossible to continue safely. Due to an upcoming wedding I knew that I wanted to have beautiful nails. Initially I tried a shopping center nail salon and my first two visits I tried two different methods. I did «gel» nails and then «dip powdered» nails. Neither I found much satisfaction with because they barely lasted 7 days before chipping and/​or splitting they felt heavy handed and unnatural. Not to mention the language barrier made it difficult to get the actual shape I was looking for. I had done a few searches for other Salons in Forney and Joanne’s name kept coming up with not a single bad review. What were the odds? Finally I bit the bullet and made an appointment. She is kind, professional, funny, and does KILLER NAILS! She talked to me to figure out what look I was trying to accomplish and inquired about my fingernail health concerns. It was very nice to be able to carry on a conversation with Joanne instead of sitting in awkward silence praying someone didn’t ask me a question I wouldn’t be able to understand or worry about the person understanding my needs. Although my nails were hideous to even my untrained eye she never spoke ill of the person who did my nails before her.

Best gel nails I have ever had done! The shape of them are perfect & look just like my real nails. JoAnne is so sweet & makes you feel so comfortable. She is great at nail art as well. Can’t go wrong with her. I’m so glad I found her!

Joanne really gives the best nail service I have ever had. Her salon is clean, charming and cozy. I love going to get my nails done where I know the service is going to be consistent and the experience superior to other salons!
She does does Shellac but I really love her gel services!
