Always the nicest staff, and they seem happy. Never had a problem, it’s just the same Olé taco casa I get from any of their chains. They are a bit fresher than taco bell.

Well like most fast food places you get what little you pay for. Want cheap food then yes it’s great! Quick service. Great deals on copious amounts of sweet tea. Sweet tea is spot on though. Portions of food is massive! I can’t finish one thing to myself on the menu.

This is definitely a change from Taco Bell and Bueno. This place is always busy but the wait isn’t long. The food is cheap and tastes good. I’d eat it there, the food doesn’t travel well. Everything is always fresh. It’s attached to a gas station and the parking is sometimes a little strained. Getting in and out off of FM 548 can be challenging also, especially during rush hour. They could use another entrance, maybe one that went into the park to alleviate some of the exit issues.

Look, don’t be a snob. You can feed yourself, big-​appetited man, and two kids for like $ 10. Food is always hot and surprisingly fresh, the workers nicer than most, and the frijoles? Perfect for a Friday. The eating area is always clean, as are the bathrooms. We stop in about once a week, and it’s one of the few places that doesn’t give me a massive dose of the «fast food stomach icks». (That refers for a feeling, not an appearance, as my midriff is perfectly acceptable… Clothed). It took my ordering the super nachos (indeed: superiorly good) twice before I realized they were meant for two. Wait, you can BOTH eat for $ 6? Yeah-​heh!

I love, love, love Taco Casa!!! I love everything in the menu!!! Their bean burritos are my favorite, though. My only critique is that I think they should offer chicken as another protein option because, if they did that, I could get my husband to take me to Taco Casa more. He and my boys are chicken soft taco people. So, where’s the chicken?

Oh no, finally after about 20 visits I had a BAD one, a really bad visit which will make me question ever wearing my Taco Casa t-​shirt again if I had one. I always rave about this place to people who are new to the area.

The tacos were so friggin’ greasy I had heartburn the entire next day. The grease literally soaked through the hard taco shell and made them soggy.
OMG, its never happened before. I thought they didn’t fry their beef, now I’m just confused.
They have changed the name of Taco Tuesday to some other Goofy name. I mean with Taco Tuesday how can you go wrong?
They’ve raised their prices and no longer let you mix tacos and burritos in the 10 pack special. Now the 10 pack special has been upped to a 12 pack special which really isn’t special at all since you can’t mix. My Family loved that option…

UPDATE: Below is the followup email in unedited format I got from Taco Casa, I’m kinda not sure what to make of it but you be the judge (me I got the feeling it was an uncaring and cold response and no I wasn’t offered a refund or free tacos if you were wondering)
I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience last time you came in. We do not fry our beef, however sometimes the a batch that was cooked up can get greasier than others due to multiple factors. I can make sure to tell the store to ensure they are draining the grease from the meat more thoroughly.
However for the new specials and prices raising was due to prices rising on the products we buy. As you may be aware that even though we would love to keep the prices the same, we are still a business that need to make a profit. Taco Tuesday was too expensive for most stores to continue doing and they were losing money. So we came up with Super Tuesday so that the customer would still have a special that wouldn’t put us out of business. As for the new 12 pack, your options are all tacos, all burritos, or 6 tacos and 6 burritos. So you can still mix them.
I’m sorry you aren’t happy with the recent changes. But if you would like to see us still around in the future it was necessary that these changes were made.

UPDATE 01/​14/​2015: Well as I predicted (here first) their «goofy» new promotional deal (replacing Taco Tuesday) has fallen flat on its face and officially Taco Tuesday is back… I got a advertisement in the mail stating that it was back.

Great cheap eats. Prepared quickly and always hot and fresh. The sweet tea rocks especially for 89 cents! Beats the other fast food Mexican joints hands down.
