When we were interested in purchasing a piece of property in a subdivision, that was not on the market, Angie and her team did the research, reached out to the owner, worked a deal and we have this property under contract. We bought a rental property, Angie provided sound advice on what to change and upgrade for the property and provided a comprehensive list of contractors to assist with the work. She is extremely responsive to questions, emails, text messages, etc. Since we were relocating I asked if she could recommend some Dr’s — she even provided that! Her contacts and resources are incredible. She is not only competent but extremely energetic and friendly. We enjoy spending time with her. Angie and her assistant Erin were fantastic. They were professional, and pleasant at all times. They were very atctive in marketing the house and excellent advocates for us during the sale. I think the thing we appreciated most was their constant communication: we always knew what was happening and they responded very quickly to all inquiries.
