Went to grab a bite to eat outside of Odell’s. They were out of everything except three different«links». I asked if they had any fries left and the girl working told me «what’s on the menu is what we have». I didn’t see any fries on the menu at all. But there people getting orders of fries right next to me. So I said I know you’re out of the poutine(I could see it was scribbled over) but do you have normal fries? She got pissed and said the same thing. So I just ordered a elk link. As I waited I watched the same girl from the truck leave with two orders of fries and go inside. Multiple people came looking for fries and she was really bitchy and was bad mouthing them when they left. I was waiting for my food and could here her. Then I finally noticed she crossed fries off the menu but she scribbled them out so bad you couldn’t even read what was under it. Obviously no one else could read that fries were crossed off because people kept asking her! The elk was good served on a chibata like bun. But for $ 9…not worth it. 2 stars for being over priced, rude to customers, and for being out of literally everything except elk links and hot dogs.

Seriously love this place! The food is amazing! Love the Elk Sausage and the poutine is amazing! I always hope that we will be able to sneak away on a Saturday to hit them up at Odells. Quality and creativity is top notch!

We went to Odell Brewing where Common-Link was set up shop. The only thing I can vouch for is the pretzel bites. The mustard and cheese you get with the bites were pretty tasty– the mustard had some zing to it, and I think the cheese had a touch of spice using peppers or something of that sort. The pretzel bites themselves were good and tasted exactly like a pretzel should. However, my main peeve was that they were served cold. This is a personal preference of mine– I just like my pretzels warm. I’m sure there are many people who are fine with cold pretzel bites– if I would have known this, I might not have ordered them. Either way, they were still good.

Tacos were good and filling. Also got some fries with mustard and Odell beer. So good on both the fries and the tacos. The service was great. I am jealous of those who got the pretzels and pretzels n’ brats before they sold out.

Great poutine! I don’t know where else I would go to get it(other than the mayor of old town, to whom they provide food) I like that they offer half orders because I don’t eat a ton and it’s definitely a cheaper way to deal with a craving. I wasn’t as fond of the Mac n cheese link. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Best food truck in Fort Collins hands down. The food is outstanding and the service is friendly. Go for the Jackelope!

As a CSU student, the food truck options are usually Umami, Piadina, and Common Link. So, it’s tough to rate Common Link without comparing it to its associates. Given the three options, Common Link has the highest prices, the least amount of food for those prices, and(in my opinion) the least interesting choices. I’ve had a couple of the brats and the BBQ sandwich. The brats are not very big, and they come on an okay roll(untoasted). I don’t like a lot of crazy stuff on my brat, so maybe that’s where they make their good impressions, but for me it was a big letdown – especially because they charge $ 6 or $ 7 for these things! No drink and no side with it either! The BBQ sandwich was also not great. The meat itself was good, but it was incredibly dry, no option for sauce, and the«cheese» was one Kraft Single cut in half on top. It was $ 6(again, for JUST a sandwich) and I was very much still hungry afterwards. For comparison, Umami has a sandwich for $ 7 with tons of fresh ingredients, a drink, AND a side for $ 7. Piadina is a bit overpriced as well, but their options are fresh and interesting(ie ham, mushroom, & bechamel flatbread!). It’s hard to feel like you made the right choice when you see those options ten feet away. So in general, I would only go to Common Link if the lines for the other two trucks are crazy long. Their cost/quality/serving size ratios are really bad.

It may not be fair but food trucks almost get extra star right off the bat for me. Anytime you can put together the good tastes in such a small space, you deserve something extra. This beautifully painted truck was sitting out in front of the Odell Brewing as I walked out to meet friends. It was not there when I arrived, and I was actually going to go down the street to another place to eat. That’s when I saw the menu board. Poutine! This Québécois dish has been a recent food quest of sorts for me. You have to get two things particularly right… the spuds and the gravy. They did well on both. The gravy was particularly good. I really lucked out that I was able to try one of my favorite dishes with some of my favorite beer. :)

Awesome! Amazing food, saw this truck at opening day Colorado Rockies, had to make the trek to make sure what I had at Coors Field was as goog as their home field advantage in Ft. Collins. It’s better! We’ll be back!!! Incredible hand cut fries, Snap in their sausages, the real thing. Cute owner!
