Cycletote Bicycle Trailers

Dealing with Cycletote has been a wonderful experience, both before and after I bought my dog trailer. Sue is incredibly dedicated, and she’s been very helpful in selecting the right trailer for my dog. It’s worth shopping at Cycletote for the customer service alone, but did I mention their dog trailers are amazing? In the past month we tried out a number of dog trailers from local shops, but our 85lb dog never really fit comfortably, and the trailers always felt a bit flimsy. I was worried a wheel might fall off or so on a fast descent. So we ended up at Cycletote to get the Rolls Royce of dog trailers. And it really is a top of the line trailer! It looks and feels so sturdy, I’d be surprised if I ever manage to break it. And then, it rolls so smoothly, you sometimes forget you’re pulling a dog (except when you’re going up hill, an 85lb is really really heavy). The trailer is so large, our dog loves it, and he fits in comfortably together with a load of groceries. This all doesn’t come cheap, but in the long run I’m happy I got something safe and reliable. We’ve been travel-​cycling along the Oregon coast for two weeks now, and the trailer has gotten more than it’s fair share of potholes and curbs, and is still rolling smoothly!
