Elements Day Spa

I’ve had many massages all over the US and abroad, from luxury resorts to small town local therapists. My husband and I went for a couple’s massage this morning and were thoroughly impressed. I even woke up with a tight neck and pain when I moved it at certain angles but my masseuse, Erin, did a great job of working it out some and being gentle in movements. She also provided a lot of wisdom on how to get it out completely and stretches to help not get another one. It was relaxing while still being a good deep massage, which can be difficult for some places. There back atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that you can slightly hear others in the hall if they talk at a normal voice, but it was not enough to distract me and only happened for a very short moment.
We will be back and I would highly recommend them.

I had a really great day at the spa! I did the prenatal spa package which I thought was a really great deal! My fav part was the facial, the lunch was wonderful, the staff was nice, their uniforms were professional, and my glass was never empty! I think I drank my weight in iced tea. It was so good! I give it a 4 only because I felt my mani/​pedis were a tad rushed and being 7 months pregnant I don’t like to move a lot. I had to shift to do the pariphyn wax on my feet. It wasn’t comfortable and a bit challenging. Also one of the staff has dreadlocks which creeped me out… she was very nice and did a great job but hair like that just really grosses me out and I don’t think that’s professional for anywhere let alone a spa.

I got a gift certificate for this place and decided to go with a facial (first one ever) and a pedicure.
The facial was super (I have nothing to compare it to, though). Rita took great care of me and explained what she was doing and what products she was using without pushing me to buy a bunch of them. The room was cozy, the music relaxing, and really enjoyed the atmosphere.
The pedicure turned out nice but felt awkward because Emily doing my nails wouldn’t speak to me unless necessary and gave me the impression that she’d rather be doing something besides pedicures.
Oh, and like a dolt I forgot my gift certificate at home. Luckily my boyfriend sent me a picture of it and they were AWESOME and were able to use the numbers off of the picture to credit my treatments. Very cool that they were willing to work with me.
Overall, would go back to Rita, but would not want to see Emily again.

The staff was friendly is my nice thing to say. The waxer forgot she was suppose to leave a strip and took too much so it was off center and that wasn’t worst part. Mani was not up to par and polish was chipping by the next day. The wrap (marine) wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t do again, Facial (glad I wasn’t a bride or it would have felt like a not so pretty day) and pedi wasn’t bad. Left callous but polish stayed! Felt like too much $$$ for what I got.

I had a half day spa package, and was very pleased. The customer service is outstanding! I have a very busy hectic life… and as soon as I walked into Elements… the relaxation began. The ambience is extremely calming and relaxing. I was very pleased with all of my services as well. I will be a returning client, and would absolutely recommend Elements to anyone in need of some pampering.

I, sadly, have moved to Denver and won’t be able to patron Elements anymore. (Although I have contemplated driving an hour and a half just to be pampered by this great company.) I have never enjoyed a spa more. Everything about this place is perfect: the music, the relaxing smells, the services, even the beautiful building. My favorite service is the facials, but I must commend the massages as well. I have some issues with knots in my neck and after trying different medical treatments, I opted to try a deep-​tissue massage. I couldn’t believe the relief one massage could make! Also, one of the best parts is the hot tea offered at the end of your service.
