Be prepared to wait even if you have the first appointment of the day. You will be there for hours!!! There seemed to always be too many patients for one doctor to possibly see at once– so you wait in the front and wait in the back. I was a patient of Dr. Norris for almost 10 years and while I have no problems with the quality of care I received, I do agree with those that mentioned that his manner could be improved. I never felt that he reviewed my files before walking in the room and didn’t remember recommending various supplements to me from one year to the next (he even discounted the value of his own recommendation once!). Perhaps fewer patients or a partner in the practice could help to personalize the experience.
