This place is the best! I highly recommend them if you have any type of cell phone issues!!! $ 25 there vs $ 200 and waiting 2 days for a replacement… Thanks Chloe and Jake!

This place is great! Alex really helped me out when I was in a jam. I dropped my iPhone. The screen didn’t break, but it messed up the wiring. He was able to fix it for a very affordable price. He saved me $ 20 a month since my phone bill would have cost more if I had to pay the device payment.

Friendly and knowledgeable this is the place to go for your cellular survival. I came in with a less then perfect phone looking to buy a new one, and couldn’t be happier with the customer service. No high pressure sales environment but the workers are more then helpful with your questions. 5⁄5

I had a shattered iPhone screen. Saw this place and stopped in. Customer service was outstanding and I got my screen fixed, a tempered glass screen cover put on and a new battery for a total of $ 134. All in a hour. I was super impressed with service and knowledge. I was shocked to see a couple of the reviews. Not our experience at all.

I was trying to unlock an AT&T phone for my girlfriend to use — she needed it today because she had shut off her old service. It was Sunday so choices were limited and I ended up at Full Cycle. The very friendly girl behind the counter told me it would cost $ 50 to unlock the phone(that seemed high from the $ 20 – 30 quotes I had heard about, but I know it varies from phone to phone and they were the only ones open, so… hey, I was willing to pay extra for convenience). She also told me it would be done in 1 – 180 minutes. So we went to lunch and the library to kill time. 3 hours later, no call. I called into the store and she said it was still pending. I commented that it had already been 3 hours and she said, still very friendly, «Yeah, we use a third party service to unlock and they might not operate on Sundays.» Why wouldn’t you tell me this when I came you? You told me 3 hours tops. Fast forward to Monday afternoon, 3pm, about 26 hours after the original request was put in. I still had not received a call, so I called in again. Friendly girl answers and says, «Hmmm, it’s still pending.» No other input, no offer to help, no apology. You know I can get this done for free through AT&T, right? I was only willing to pay for an EXPEDITEDSERVICE. I told her to cancel it and we went through AT&T — request completed within 2 hours. See ya, Full Cycle Cellular! Friendly only goes so far.

I came into Full Cycle to get my phone unlocked and did not leave disappointed. My phone was unlocked in about ten minutes, it works just fine with my new network, and the employees were talkative and friendly as well. I bought a pair of phone chargers as well, and in total the whole thing only cost me something like $ 30. The service was cheap, fast, and friendly, but there are two things that I should note that maybe aren’t positive: they said the phone unlocking went fast because of the phone type I have, so don’t expect that for your own phone, and I am suspicious of how they charged me. Before I bought the phone chargers, I asked them the price, but ten minutes later when the unlocking was done and I was paying they sold me the chargers for half the price they said. Maybe they just forgot, maybe they don’t remember prices, or maybe they were expecting that I’d go on here and write a completely glowing review. Whatever it is, I’d be suspicious of buying anything from them, but if you’re just getting your phone unlocked they’re probably a good choice.

Full Cycle Cellular broke my phone. They conned me into buying a different phone because they recognized my weakness/dependency on a phone and knew that I would not leave the store without a working phone. I wrote a post on their wall, they deleted it and removed the capability to «comment» on their page. They are trying to hide the fact that they failed me and ripped me off, and it’s really sad. Recommendation? Ur better off trying to fix your phone yourself.
