The guys here are great! Casual and friendly which is good for me. Christian, Max and Trevor are awesome! I needed help connecting a new phone, and transferring my contact though iCloud. I couldn’t get it to work at home. They helped me with the transfer, and also with the sim card exchange. They DIDNOT try to sell me anything :) But I ended up buying a screen protector which they put on perfectly for me. I would recommend this place for peeps with i-stuff needs.

Thank you so much for the life saving service that Simply Mac in Fort Collins team gave me. They repaired my «Vintage iMac,» it is older and brought it back to life. I have had so much stress not having my graphic design station and now I am back at it! Awesome service and very friendly staff.

I called this morning(03−06−15) because Apple suggested Simply Mac since my hard drive needs replacing. A guy answered the phone with his phone on Speaker Phone. When I asked if he was on speaker phone, he said«yes.» I asked the turn around time for repair to which he said«four days.» I asked his hours and he told me. I wasn’t finished with my conversation, said thank you and he hung up… never taking me off speaker phone. Poor service, bad manners, terrible phone etiquette. They’ll never get my business and I’ll let Apple know of this experience. This Simply Mac person was called Matthew.

Called to inquire about having my iPhone front screen replaced after dropping and shattering it. Inquired if they can use my Apple Care warranty. I was told there is no way to replace the front screen, and I would need to bring in my broken phone and they can order me a new phone in about 3 days. 1st of all the front screen CAN be replaced without a whole new phone. 2nd of all I’m not leaving my phone with you for 3 days… how about you offer to order the phone first??? It’s not like a brand new phone would not be resalable if not purchased by me. Lost my confidence with the lack of knowledge. Then when you hang up the phone on me as if I’m wasting your time

I will be making my 3rd trip to this store today. My iPhone was giving me trouble so went to this store for help. The young man helping me replaced my phone for me promptly. A few days later the new phone would not charge. I go back and Tiffany checks it out and says there is a problem with the phone, but the can’t change it for 3 days because of an email from Apple telling them not to do any replacements. My option was to drive to Boulder to the ‘real’ Apple store or wait 3 days. I called Apple and they know nothing of the 3 day email, and called Tiffany back and she says The Apple rep didn’t know what they were talking about. Anyway, go back after the 3 days and was told they still can’t replace my dead defective phone. Ended up with Tom, the manager, who never answered my email from 2 days before. He takes my phone apart and can’t get anything to happen. He offers to order a new one and suppose to be there today. Wish Tiffany had offered that option. Dealing with this company started out okay, but if you end up with defective equipment your screwed.

Just heard from the district manager for Simply Mac. I sent the president an email from their website, and it was forwarded it on to him. Brave guy for calling after the email I sent his boss severley lambasting their store. He deeply apologized for the hassle that my wife and I went through. He is going to be shipping us a brand new replacement computer tomorrow as soon as one is available. We chatted for about 15 minutes, and shared customer service experiences both good and bad. He offered up a gift card to help out for the grief, and shared his regret that he couldn’t give us back our time, but here’s a hundred bucks for the hassle. He also mentioned that they would be using this as a training exercise for the next manager meeting. Job well done, John. Thank you.

I am not at all pleased with my experience here. The wait time is simply atrocious. I have been here for almost 30 minutes now waiting for my turn. I drove 150 miles to get here because there is no «authorized apple service provider» in my location. Apparently you also have to sign in, which nobody informed me of. I only found out after somebody’s name was called. Then I became number 12 on the list. This place is very understaffed. Not nearly enough people working. I’m still waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Not pleased. Hopefully I’ll leave here with the new phone apple promised me. Maybe even a goatee at this rate.

Very very disappointed with the service here. I sent my elderly parents here from a couple of hours away to buy a new iMac and have the information transferred from their old one. I explained to Louis the manager on duty what they would need due to not being terribly computer savvy. A complete letdown… Nothing was done, not even the address book was transferred. When I called there was no manager in the store and no one who could offer to solve the problem. Now my parents will have to drive all the way there again just to have them do what was supposed to have been done in the first place. **Update** my previous still stands as it was true. However, following a couple of emails, the management was very responsive and went out of their way to remedy the situation. New computer working as advertised, grand kids back on FaceTime. Thank you Scott.

I came in after the AT&T store directed me here for warranty repair on my iPhone. We walk in the store and I approach the salesperson. He sees my husband and says«I’ll be right with you» and so I say«oh it’s okay he’s with me» to which he snottily replies«well I didn’t know that!»(with attitude!) He begins to check me in asking for my personal information, and as soon as I have to spell something he says«here I’ll just let you do this», turns the computer to face me and then turns away and starts doing something else. I didn’t stay much longer after that, but it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully it was an isolated incident, but I won’t be going back to find out.

Absolutely fantastic place to get help from. My iPhone 5’s battery was dying constantly and dropping calls– telling me No SIM. Brought my phone in to these guys and they took great care of me; I was in and out in under 25 minutes with a new working phone. Great customer support as well.

A new resident in Fort Collins, I paid my first visit to Simply Mac yesterday. i was promptly greeted and taken care of by a very professional young man. I just needed help putting a new SIM card in my IPad. He installed the card for me and showed me what I was doing wrong with the tool. This will be my «go to» place when I need to buy something or have a repair on my Mac devices. It is just like the Apple stores I have visited before, but with more personal service.

Has a very large selection of Apple products! Very knowledgeable staff especially with MacBook/Air repairs. Is an added bonus to the Fort Collins community for Mac users who would otherwise have to drive all the way down to Boulder! Very satisfied with the service provided here.
