This place gave me food poisoning! Never eat their tortilla soup! It’s a ball of cheese and kept me in bed for two days with a stomach ache after eating it.

I recently moved back home to Colorado from Austin, TX. One of the few things that I miss from living there is the tacos. However once I discovered this place I don’t miss Texas so much at all. I actually ended up going there back to back nights for a bit to eat. The set up is really good and the food is top notch. I highly would recommend Fuzzy’s to all my friends.

Not bad overall, but not amazing. The kitchen is always busy and the drink selection is great. This place is reasonably priced, but not cheap. The portions are large and the quality of the food is generally good. I think the flavors are a little off from«traditional» tex-mex, but again that’s kinda their thing. What amazes me though is the blatant sexism/of the branding. I am hoping it comes from a playful place… but I am surprised they can«get away» with phrases like: «we put the T & A in taco». Anyway, enjoy!

Great neighborhood bar! I like the atmosphere, bartenders and the food is ok too. The signature drinks are what keeps me coming back. That and is just a fun place to be on a Friday night!

Nope, not buying the negative reviews. Majority of the negative reviews begin with the reviewer entering with a bad attitude toward the business model. It is NOT a full service restaurant — stop complaining about it. We love the business model. It’s not pretentious. Yes, you have to go to the kitchen counter to pick up your own food — so what?! You’re upset that your fresh made $ 2 tacos aren’t hand delivered to the cashier stand while you wait? Get over yourself. We are weekly regulars, the service can vary from great, to polite but indifferent… but who cares? You order your food and move on, if you like that person hook them up with a few bucks in the tip jar… if not, don’t sweat it — you won’t see them again the rest of the night. By the way, sit at the bar — the regular bartenders are good, will give you the full service treatment(if that’s what you want) and give you free chips/salsa(if you ask). Its good, decent food at a great value. I like the shredded chicken salad, with salsa as dressing, add guac — in case you were wondering. Our kids like the chicken nachos(be advised, they’re a bit different than what you’re use to). Wife likes the shrimp tacos. Best for last: Cheap large beers and margarita/beer concoctions you need to try(you can customize them). The place is packed more often then not(as another reviewer mentioned: I suspect the great reviews are being withheld in order to keep our favorite spot a secret), quick service, cheap drinks, good food, lively atmosphere.

Had the grilled shrimp Baja tacos. They were wonderfully seasoned and the butt burning hot sauce was just spicy enough to add a kick as well as great flavor. I will definitely be coming back!

great burritos, huge portions, nice staff… nice to have this in the southeast part of town.

An overall 3 star average, and the place is always packed — how does that work? I’m guessing it’s because the people that have positive experiences don’t feel the need to hop on Unilocal, while the people that have their ID’s confiscated get on and give one star(seriously, I saw a Fuzzy’s review and that was the dude’s issue). My only gripe is that it does get packed(the Harmony location more so) which means finding a table can be an issue. But the food is above average and cheap, kids dig it, they’re pretty fast with the orders, and the beer-ritas are novel and tasty. Chips and queso, please.

Best tacos? Not by a long shot. Great sides? Yep! Cheap beer that is tasty? Yep! Great atmosphere. Tacqueria… no, but decent cheap tacos. Probably 3.5 stars, depending on what you are after. Quick, cheap, tasty! Pork stomach, tongue, chicharones… keep driving.

Chorizo and egg taco was perfectly made while the bacon egg and cheese taco was tasty and too greasy. food is freshly prepared; staff forgot to put salsa on the tables. As many tvs as one can like all set to sports channels. Good spot for quick food!

Food is really pretty good, price is right. We’ll likely return. Chicken, fish and brisket in tacos was fresh and tasty. They give you a lot of toppings, which were great as well. The kids meal portions are huge. Great for hungry little ones. We covered most of the sides at the table and all were liked, except the potatoes were kind of flavorless until someone dipped them in the queso(which was my favorite part of the meal). They have lots of seating, the place is decorated pretty colorful. My only frustration was the attitude of the girl at the food window. She was a tad condescending in letting me know we should have gotten our chips first. We’d not been here before and friendliness goes a long way towards earning repeat customers.

the atmosphere was full of energy and fun. I ordered the best margarita I’ve ever had and trust me I’ve drank a marg. or two in my day. The Cran Apple margarita with a honey Apple shock top tipped inside! Brings beer margaritas to the next level! The drink was so good I forgot how mediocre the food was. I will go for drinks Again!

Overpriced for what you get. Salads mostly iceberg lettuce, tacos ok. They should be a service restaurant for the prices. Wasn’t impressed.

A classic case of is the glass half full or empty. One could says it’s mediocre or one could say it’s quite inexpensive. While nothing here was extradionary, I did enjoy my maragritas. I think the resturant service/experience has improved significantly since the opening. It seem a lot of places get off to a rough start in FTC only to later right the ship.

Wow. Some seriously miffed-at Fuzzy’s reviews here. I went to Fuzzy’s for the first time tonight, primarily to meet my friends on the south side for a margarita. We did not want to treck all the way up to downtown tonight. My strawberry-mango margarita(think Manberry if you ever go to The Rio), was huge and totally satisfying. Perhaps the slight buzz of the Marg and enjoyment of being with my friends caused me to miss something that many of the other reviewers are angry about, but I was happy with everything tonight. Well into my margarita I had a grilled veggie soft taco & while I can see why people might want more fajita style/substantial veggies, mine was good and I left happy. I did add salsa to my taco. I didn’t examine its contents for the exact ratio of different veggies. My friend placed the food order and so I missed the whole pick-up-your-food-at-the-counter experience. But, peeps, this is a fast casual restaurant, not a fine dining experience. I’ll be back to give it another try, explore the menu more and hopefully soak up some sun with my margarita come summertime! :-)

I love this place! I can’t say enough about how much fuzzes is the best taco place I’ve had so far. Their food is fast, cheap, and it tastes amazing. Despite the lines, which can be a bit frustrating at times, and how loud it can be some nights, I would go there every night if I could. The restaurant always looks clean, they don’t charge extra for sour cream, and they have a hot sauce that is out of this world. They quite possibly have the best margaritas I’ve ever had too! For simple, cheap, and awesome food, I will always recommend Fuzzies.

I don’t really LOVE any of the food here. I’ve had everything from the salads to the tacos to the enchiladas to fajitas. Nothing really tickles my fancy. It’s not horrible, just nothing I crave. The real reason to come here is the cheap beer and their fancy«beer ritas» that seem to be popular with the college crowd. I have only tried the shock top rita but it basically tastes like a Sunny D mixed with ice & beer. Meh. I will stick with the ice cold beer in the ginormous, heavy, deceiving mugs. It’s always packed on Friday nights and weekends, but as long as the patio is open, seating is ok. To sum it up: food is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Hot sauce is bland. Beer is cheap. I always leave this place feeling way less than warm & «fuzzy».

Great tacos; reasonable price. Just visited new location on Harmony and I was pleased with my food. I wasn’t too hungry so I just tried 2 tacos: grilled chicken and grilled fish. I took a bite and felt the taco was well seasoned by not as spicy as I like so I added some hot sauce and it was perfect. Both the grilled chicken and fish tacos were tasty. I was in a hurry so I didn’t eat at the bar and try one of their mixed drinks. Next time I will sit at the bar and try one. Definitely a nice addition to the FoCo budget food scene. Give Fuzzy’s a try.
