This place was amazing! The atmosphere was great! The staff was super friendly and gave some of the best service I’ve had! We ordered a couple margaritas that tasted like the nectar of the gods! The shrimp tacos and the ahi tuna tacos were amazing! I recommend trying this place, I’ll gladly be revisiting!

Best margs in Fort Collins. Hands down! Get the Zquila marg — no sour which you know makes them better!
We are here 2 – 3 times a month and it’s always consistently good. Wait staff is friendly. Design inside is nice.
The BF always gets the shrimp enchiladas. Their shrimp is perfectly cooked and the yam fries are awesome! I get the ceviche app and tostadas. So good!
Go try this place! You won’t be let down.

Really wanted to LOVE this Zquila, however the food was just so-​so. The service was excellent and the place itself has so much potential. It really could use a menu change up as one of the main recommendations was the Flatbread taco… which I thought would be great considering that «all of the servers love it»…but it was such a disappointment. The chimichanga was better than the Flatbread and I would go back to give it another try hoping for something better than before.

Disappointing. Nice venue, but service was very slow. Margaritas are so sweet– not good! And don’t make a reservation — we arrived early and despite the many open tables, we couldn’t be seated because it wasn’t time for our reservation. Wait staff was plentiful, but spent lots of time talking amongst themselves. Mediocre food. Finally, waitress could not put food in a to-​go box, even though one of party was not feeling well.

Margs are good too good! Salsa is awesome. I have had a few meals and I wasn’t as impressed by the food. Atmosphere is nice I would go back!

Sadly, this place really is as mediocre as other reviews suggest. It has so much potential though! The salsa tasted just liked canned Pace Picante (which I don’t think of as good). My tostada was literally chicken, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and shredded cheddar cheese. I could have made a better one! No avocado, no beans– not even cotilla! 2 stars for the free wifi, but regardless, I wouldn’t eat here again if you paid me.

I went there for New Years Eve Dinner, and while they were getting ready for a private party, the service was good. Our waitress was very friendly. I had the shrimp enchiladas and they were AMAZING!!! The queso sauce that they were smothered in was just delicious. Love this place

The best categories for this restaurant are: service and ambiance. Worse Margarita I’ve ever had to living memory. Even my wife, who ordered a different type of Margarita thought the same. Food presentation was mediocre and the taste was bland. I see long lines for this restaurant and not sure why? I’m guessing most of the patrons either enjoy mediocre food or never been out of Fort Collins for a meal, say like in Southern California.
Haven’t been back and afraid to spend my hard earned money for a second chance.
I recommend this restaurant to my foes.

Ordered House Marg was tasty and strong
Chips and Salsa were better than average
Service was prompt and polite, excellent
Prepared tableside guac and chips — very fresh and excellent
Ordered Steak and Green Chile burrito with steak taco — the steak was heavily salted shredded beef… not impressed
Smoked corn had a watery flavorless quality… not impressed
Would be 4 stars but main course was weak.
I will definitely try this place again.

Wow! We started off with apple spice marg. So delicious. Then appetizer which was avocado
Rellenos (sp?) Nothing like a chilli relleno but so awsome. Then I chose a combo plate. Which was chicken tortilla soup and a tosdada and chimmy.
So much food. I only finished my chimmy, but did try the others and everything was so good. Sorry no room for dessert. Husband had fajitas with lots of shrimp and also was awsome. The server Ashlin was the bomb! What a wonderful meal! So nice and clean and very friendly staff. Thank you

Out of town visiting for work. Overall not
Impressed. Ahi tuna salad blah not to mention someone totally butchered cutting the seared ahi. Fish didnt taste fresh ewe. Salad looked sad :(
Stiff drinks a plus but it was so freekin strong it was almost u bearable to drink (top shelf marg on the rocks should have been off the chain. But it wasnt)
Service super slow and this place was not full on a monday at 7pm.
The only star of the meal a pretty good tortilla soup. The rest of the menu just seems over worked here. Keep things simple fresh. And good service folks would come back fore more.

I love zquila! The food is great (especially their pork green chili so be sure you order something smothered with it! I usually order enchiladas. The Chips and salsa are terrific. I could eat my weight in that alone. They have a great selection of margaritas
Happy hour is fun here and so is the patio

The service here is pretty sub par but the food is excellent. Not the place to try if you are in a rush or you are thirsty as your drink will sit empty for a while — but the food is really delicious. Sometimes when I am feeling patient and kind I can eat here and really enjoy myself. There is one server who kicks butt but the rest need some work on customer service.

I want MOAR
First time visit; my wife and myself. Got seated right away. Drinks came a bit slow Our waitress made a recommend for carnitas tacos. YATZEE. My wife simply had a ground beef chimi. And it was tasty
Friendly staff, great atmosphere; and good service. I give a 4-​star. And I bet after the second visit. It will be a 5

Terrible food… pretty good service…
We came for lunch with high expectations. Food was prefab, unmexican food. Food and margarita overpriced.
It seems all servers are required to wear very low cut black tee shirts, exposing lots of breast… very unprofessional and in poor taste.
We are foodies and know good food. This is not it.

Good drinks and the food is always yummy. The food is nothing spectacular, but it is certainly better than your average TexMex joint. I tend to head here when I have a hankering for Mexican in the Ft. Collins area. I enjoy their menu variety but I think it’s the drinks I enjoy the most.
