I was all excited when I saw a commercial for this place. Man was I disappointed. There looks like 3 highschool boys making subs. Dirty meat slicer, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. Throwing around the bread into nasty ass counters. And expensive. Never going there again. So gross !

The food is just okay. It’s not worth paying the price they charge for a sandwich. You could just go to a place like subway instead.

Some of the best sandwiches around. Very flavorful and not dry at all. You get a lot of food for your money. Customer service is great.

Just driving by and needed lunch. The sandwiches were very fresh and had a great taste. We had never eaten at a Jersey Mike’s before and we’ll definitely come back when in the area or anywhere else there is one. Good price. Good food.

Pay attention to your receipt. I was in a rush and didn’t notice that I’d «consented» to a 15% tip, I called the manager to find out how this happened. To summarize, he made it clear that it was my fault for not reading the receipt on the screen in front of the register. This was a $ 12 tip for poor service.

The food is okay, but as a business owner, I just don’t get this place. The system seems very inefficient and I don’t know if I’m supposed to loiter around the front after paying to tell them what I want on my sandwich. It just felt a bit cumbersome. Then, one of my pet peeves… a place with no server asking for a tip. When you swipe your credit card they ask you if you want to give a 10%, 15% or 20% tip… for what? I just spent $ 25 on a couple sandwiches and some drinks and I’m supposed to give another $ 5 as a tip. I just don’t like when places that aren’t serving you at your table ask for a tip. With so many sandwich options in the area, I don’t think I’ll be back here.

We had subs made up for a party and they were fantastic! We had a variety of their subs. Everything was fresh and easy to serve. We had vinegar and oil from them on the side.

Yuck! Put so much oil/vinegar on my sandwich it was dripping and totally soggy. Pretty skimpy on the meat for the price. Try the other places close by before this one. And never eat at Subway, pick Mcdonalds instead.

Unbelievably slow. Taking 20 minutes to get a sandwich with only one person in front of me

This is where I go if I’m in the mood for a good sub sandwich for lunch. I would drive by a Subway, Jimmy John’s and Silvermine Subs just to eat one. There’s just no better place. Yeah the service might suck from time to time but that sub will always taste good ‘n fresh. The italian is probably my favorite. Mike’s way plus mayo please!

So I was first introduced to Jersey Mike’s in SoCal, but didn’t learn the grandness of it until I was on the East Coast as my gf Loves this place, to which it has grown on me as my favorite place to get a cold sub. While it is a chain, it is pretty rad to see them slice the meats and cheeses right in front of you, thus giving it a much better taste! Also make sure you get your sandwich«Mike’s Way!» Which means fully loaded, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar! Heck, just writing this review is making me crave for a Jersey Mike’s sub! My personal favorite is the #13 «The Original Italian!» YUM! Anyways, check it out, it is good! Steer clear of the Sweet Tea though, definitely not that good!

If you’re in a hurry I would not recommend stopping in. Got a turkey sandwich and what can I say other then… Ya Subway I’ll see you next week.

Delicious chain subs. I’ve eaten at multiple Jersey Mikes locations including the flagship one in Point Pleasant. This location is 99% as good. My sub was put together a little sloppy but it tasted great. The location does have a weird pole right by the register which is awkward though. These subs are much better than other chain subs like JJ or SilverMine.

This JM location is in need of some serious work. It definitely doesn’t represent the brand very well and will make people think the other locations are just as crappy. First, the layout is a mess — when I came in there were three people taking orders, no one making them, and eventually a totally clueless girl took my order but didn’t know about the special #4 they were advertising online. Okay, so we move past that, but she doesn’t ask how I want it, so I say«Mike’s Way» and she yells«HUH?» back at me. Nice. And there’s this structural steel column right in the middle of the ordering line so everyone has to dodge and meander around each other and the column. Awkward. The place was in terrible shape cleanliness-wise, and it was 2PM, so well past the lunch rush but no one took a rag or a broom to the place in a few hours.

I got the meatball sandwich. It was pretty good and the service was friendly. Since it’s on the other side of town I doubt I’ll make the drive for it but if I’m over there it’d be an option.

Good sandwich, bad service. I went there for lunch today and even though there were only 4 customers there seemed to be mass confusion behind the counter. People were getting the wrong sandwiches, sandwiches were getting burnt, employees were snapping at each other and trying to explain to the customers why there was so much fail. All in all it took about 15 minutes to get my sandwich and they weren’t even busy. I had the Reuben and really liked it. Too bad the service was so bad.

I gave two stars because I really like the sandwiches, but hate the service!!! The biggest problem i have with the place isn’t the workers themselves, it’s the manager who runs them. This guy shouldn’t be able to be in charge of any fast food joint. He’s a nice guy, but has no idea how to run his staff. The staff needs more guidance and needs to have someone who can get them not to make mistakes on a crucial time of the day LUNCHTIME. I have only 30 min for lunch and I like to go to a place that are some what quick and time enough for me to eat. I always have problems at this place. Either they make the sandwich too slow or the lady in front of the cash register is too slow. No matter what, I’m telling all my coworker not to go here anymore and stop going there for lunch. For the owner of the place. Places usually get one shot at making a good impression on someone and if they fail that person or group might never go back or bad mouth them. I love the food, buts whats the point if I am going to get in trouble for them taking too long. Get it together with the staff and train them to hurry up, get more people if that’s what you need. IFYOUHAVEALLTHETIMEINTHEWORLD, GOTOJERESYMIKES, they take forever… Jeff

I have recently become obsessed with sub sandwiches. Anywhere, anytime, anyway. I LOVE them. Basically, I am an expert now. Not really, but just pretend. I love coming here because the staff is really nice. Always. And the food is DELICIOUS. I always order the«Jersey Shore’s Favorite»(spare me the Snooki jokes please), and I ask for it «Mike’s Way», with pickles added. It is truly wonderful. I usually can’t wait to get back to my desk to stuff my face. Try it!

Jersey Mike’s is a chain fast casual restaurant that is fairly new to Fort Collins. There are so many fast casual places here in town that specializes in sandwiches it is dizzying at times but I was curious to give Jersey Mike’s a try. My partner and I went there where I ordered the chipolte steak sandwich. All in all it was ok but the taste was not terribly distinguishing. I got the very slightest case of nausea after wards but nothing too regrettable after wards. Perhaps I simply ate too fast. My partner wanted to order the chicken parmesan sandwich which the the guy that was taking the order tried to talk him out of for a cheese steak sandwich. The guy begrudgingly won my partner over which I had to hear about later. Most places these days don’t want their staff to say anything negative about their products. The guy that was taking orders did indeed make the chicken parmigian sandwich sound negatively by calling it mediocre. Kind of a no no last time I checked. My partner’s sandwich was different than mine but oddly enough it pretty much tasted the same. I asked what kind he wound up with which he didn’t know because he was angry at this point and didn’t care, he just wanted to leave. The order taking guy then swung by and asked if my partner thought that his sandwich was great. Steve glumly replied it wasn’t bad which then the guy got the hint of Steve’s grumpiness and asked to make the chicken parmigian sandwich for him, but it was too late. The ‘moment’ was lost. Jersey Mike’s does flirt with authenticity and it is very hard to get a genuine New Jersey melted cheese and steak sub out here in Colorado, but I do know one or two places that succeeds at this. Sadly Jersey Mike’s falls somewhere in the middle.
