Macy’s

Great store, service and selections. I have always been a big fan of Macy’s, they have one of best sales and prices! Also, I love the new mall’s facelift! Shop on!

I took my boys shopping for pants. I have just interacted with no less than 5 store staff who were absolutely zero help. Two didn’t even know what the store had.

A smaller version/​store in the world-​renowned Macy’s chain, but not lacking in the warmth and friendly reception purchases it has been known for since the scene touting the famous, Macy’s-related line in the film, «Miracle on 34^th Street». :) ‘Love the corporate approach, ‘still to be found in the Ft. Collins location: ‘attention and detailed care for each customer, easy, hassle-​free returns, great deals, and awesome holiday sales.
It can be quite therapeutic just to enter the store. ‘Thrilled that Ft. Collins has our own Macy’s. Now, let’s add a Nordstrom, and I could avoid ever leaving town to shop for major. :)! ‘Definitely a go-​to for shoes (sale & everyday great deals) high end skin care and cosmetics (** be sure to ask if the line is cruelty free; associates here seem to be well trained and can answer your inquiries about every brand, from Shiesheido to Chanel; * although those two brands are NOT cruelty free, just as an FYI) as well as buttery soft handbags (*many of which are also cruelty free: ‘made from imitation «pleather», which could readily pass for the real thing, without that extra weight of guilt, due to the way they are sometimes resourced from animals).
*One small star off due to quite a long wait (20+ minutes) in line to purchase skin care the last time I was in the store. However, the sales associate was clearly doing her very best. She was overwhelmed with a high volume of customers and questions, yet seemed to be doing her absolute best, and also seemed to be possibly just out of training, ‘managing to keep a bright smile on her tired face, despite the stress.
Overall, Macy’s is like a little mini spa trip: ‘lifts the spirits and soothes the soul. Enjoy!

I was in the Macy’s in Fort Collins today. The customer service is Terrible and has been for some time. They never have enough help in the departments and when they do they are rude and not helpful. Forget about trying to find a cash register to check out. It would be so nice if a town this size had some variety. Clothes seen to be old and outdated. It is a good thing Denver is not that far for those of us who like quality and are willing to drive. They really need to step it up.

This Macy’s is part of a shopping center that is currently under construction but it’s still business as usual! We were on a search for a Gamestop that this gamer swears should still be in the mall but no cigar. In the meantime we meandered through Macy’s and all its tantalizing offerings.
A pair of Lucky earrings caught my eye.
The original price was $ 35 but it was on sale for $ 17.50.
The lady who helped me with the sale of the jewelry told me that today’s (President’s Day) price was $ 13.12.
She further informed me of a coupon that brought the price down to $ 11.15 before tax.
I thought that was fantastic she went above the usual courtesies to make sure I had the best deal. I was in a good mood all day! Makes me want to go look for more great deals at Macy’s! Awesome service!
