Every time I’ve been in this store I’ve been completely ignored. Ended up buying on line which isn’t the easiest thing to do when buying jeans. Highly disappointed in the customer service here.

My daughter who is active Air Force stationed in Cheyenne, WY went to Fort Collins yesterday for a day of shopping and fun with a few of her friends enjoying their day off. Since the forthcoming point is related to issue about to be explained, it should be noted she is a respectable young Hispanic woman. Her two friends were two respectable young Caucasian woman. While shopping they entered the Buckle Store and her two friends were quickly approached by a slightly older Caucasian store clerk. The blatant discrimination and racial bias that followed towards my daughter was appalling. Despite her standing along side her friends clearly there to also shop she was ignored. This store employee not only failed to acknowledge her with the simplest of greeting, she ignored her altogether while displaying a dismissive and detestful attitude. The racist prejudice was so obvious my daughter embarrassed and shocked pretended to get a phone call to have a reason to walk out the store. That was a mistake as she should not have made up a reason to walk out but instead spoke up and asked to speak to the manager. Shame on Buckle employee. Not for a minute do I believe Buckle the company would accept this behavior from their employees but they should know the quality of staff they have working for them.
