Just had Father’s Day Breakfast here. Everything we had was delicious. We enjoyed the mushroom hash, the breakfast tacos, a pancake, and a special Carnitas tortilla amazing thing! Service was friendly and quick. Great menu, great portion size(not over indulgent, just right). Flavor and freshness was on point.

I really was surprised and delighted by RISE! First of all, its a great location and close to my house which helps. I have been here twice, i always get the Corncake’s with Chorizo and they have never disappointed. You can also get a bloody mary or mimosa which makes this a good weekend spot & friend meet up. I liked the laid back atmosphere, no nonsense approach and the diner feel in a very yuppy shopping area(i can say that i live in that burb) I think Rise is a great alternative to the same old Old Town eateries, the price is lower than you pay downtown & the quality is the same or if not better. If you haven’t tried it you should! Also the parking is easy.

This place has amazing breakfast and I’m so excited that we decided to eat here. We stayed overnight in Cheyenne from Denver and were looking for somewhere that was still serving brunch and came across Rise! We have Lucile’s and Snooze in Denver so we were looking for something new and exciting. Upon looking at pictures and reviews from past diners of this establishment, it was an easy decision. We arrived around 12:00 on a Sunday and there was a 25 minute wait. They have coffee and water outside while you wait for your table. There isnt a lot of seating available for while you wait, but luckily it was a warm day and we had no problem walking around. We were soon seated at one of the outdoor tables and a waitress came over quickly for drink orders. They have an awesome array of breakfast cocktails that start as simple as mimosas(which is what I had) and Nate had the Tom Collins. They were both yummy. The menu was a lot to take in! They have sooooo many options that range from Benedict’s to huge pancakes and fritattas. I ordered the mushroom hash and we ordered a half size blueberry pancake to share. Nate ordered the Undecided that was a combo of the biscuits and gravy and eggs benedict. Everything we ordered was amazing and full of flavor. Even the half size pancake is huge. We were unable to finish it even though it was so good! Very thick and different than any other pancake I have had, but in a good way! The service was great! She checked in just enough to where it wasn’t overbearing. Next time we visit Fort Collins I will return here and try something new!

This was a fantastic little diner. The eggs with aged white cheddar is the way to go if that’s your thing. If not the pancakes with cherries, and bananas was amazing. And I say that as not much of a pancakes guy. The waitress was super cool and fun. Though because of the fanciness it is a lil slower than a mom and pop shop when it’s busy. It is, however, worth the wait.

Came in here on a Wednesday when it was really snowy and to my surprise it was pretty crowded in here! I noticed there was only one waitress running around(she later informed us that they called off the second waitress that was supposed to come in because they thought they were going to be dead due to the snow) and fear set in that it was gonna take forever to get our breakfast. BOYWAS I WRONG!!! Deb(the waitress) was running around like a professional marathon runner making sure that everyone’s coffee was always full and orders were being taken. Our breakfast showed up hot and delicious(which is why we came here in the first place). 5 stars for the food and 10 stars(if I could) for the service! Will be back soon.

We had The Stack and the ChorIzo Griddle cakes. The green chile on the stack was amazing, but the scrambled eggs were brown and a tortilla would be better than a biscuit. Too much going on in the plate, double carbs, double salsa. Sometimes, less is more. The stack is more and more. Lots of menu items seemed complicated combinations like this. The chorizo griddle cakes were okay, but there wasn’t enough chorizo and I wouldn’t order these again. They may have been good griddle cakes, but we’re not to my personal taste. This was our first visit, maybe we ordered the wrong things. Nice atmosphere, good service.

We were visiting from Golden and wanted to try all new places. We really enjoyed this place. I had the«Stack» but with sausage gravy. Hubby had«Corn Cakes and Chorizo». And we shared a baked blueberry pancake. We sat outside in the beautiful sun. Service was awesome. Definitely would go back. Only negative would be the table was a little off kilter but that was minor.

Yum. I had the trail German pancake which was delicious, but also tasted the Rojas eggs which were also great. About 4 staff helped us throughout the meal and everyone was really nice. I’ll definitely go back.

I have never had a bad meal @ Rise! From their German pancakes, to Benedicts to a simple egg, potato & meat breakfast you will NOT be disappointed. And the service is awesome as well. I have never had a bad server, though Marilyn is my favorite. She takes a moment while serving and asks how you are, she really connects with her customer & is enjoyable while doing it. I love this place :)

I am not a breakfast person and I thought this place was GREAT! They truly had something on the menu for everyone, even super picky«i have to be healthy at breakfast» me. I went with my niece and sister and tried everything they ordered too, and it was all fantastic. The waitress could not have been nicer. The coffee is deeeelicious. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Now this place knows how to staff a breakfast place on Sunday morning. It’s packed and there are about half a dozen servers and other staff taking care of business. Coffee flowed freely and food arrived at our table expediently. Being somewhat of a biscuits and gravy connoisseur, I was happy with their take on the dish. The gravy was pleasantly seasoned with tasty pork sausage and herbs. The Rise Sammy with house-made chorizo was surprisingly tasty. A roasted red pepper drizzle and a sweet, chunky poblano jam topped the stack of eggs, hash brown, chorizo patty(yum!), poblano slab, and telera bread(think ciabatta or french roll). It’s like the chef just wanted to kick it up a notch more than once. I appreciate that. All that savory tastiness needs something sweet to balance it, so we got the cinnamon roll french toast. With frosting AND syrup, it was just one dimension too sweet. To top things off, the vivid, colorful presentation and selection of various fruits made the dish look and taste even better. Be sure to get some free coffee to go on your way out.

Had a few people waiting ahead of us but ordered drinks at the bar to wait. Once seated, service was fast and attentive. Wasn’t expecting such a creative menu! Get the Coloradan Benedict– it very well might be the best one I’ve ever had. Was skeptical of the butternut squash but it was so great. Coffee isn’t «diner» coffee, it’s perfect. Wish we had a breakfast place like this near home!

We arrived around 9 on a Saturday morning, which was perfect as it was starting to get busy. We were seated in hard metal chairs that accompany the tables. Choose a booth if you can. Was pleased to see they have coffee and water available self serve style for those waiting… nice touch. I had a Benedict and my husband had a skillet. My hollandaise was bordering on mayonnaise which sucks because that’s my favorite part. For him… it was fine… but not great. Service was great. Just wouldn’t come back for the food.

Fresh off the plane we headed straight to Fort Collins to visit some breweries and thought it would be a good idea to stop for breakfast. Based on Unilocal reviews and the menu we thought this would be a great place to stop… and boy was it ever! It was really busy but we got seated right away. We ordered our drinks and meal and it literally felt like seconds before we got our meal. Now when you get your meal that quick you tend to worry about quality but not this time around! I had the undecided eggs Benedict and instantly fell in love. My only complaint is the yold that the egg on the first benedict I had was overcooked. The second egg was almost there but still had that warm runny yolk you look for in this dish. We would love to come back here if we are in the Fort Collins area again.

What a yummy meal and friendly staff too. We went on Mother’s Day and my friends said we had to be there by 9am to avoid a long wait. We waited about 15 – 20 minutes and helped ourselves to the coffee on the cart outside. They have regular dining height tables and bar tops. We had a baby in tow and had to wait for a regular table to become available. Our sever answered some questions and told me about his favorite, the Stack and that’s what I got. It was so good and filled me up for the day. The stack is a biscuit with a Rise Potato(grated potato cooked in a muffin tin), 2 eggs and yummy pork green chili. I practically licked the plate clean. Looking forward to returning on my next visit.

First time to Rise yesterday & my food was great! While the menu offered lots of choices, I opted for the BJam frittata since that’s something I’m unlikely to make at home. The frittata was fantastic! They didn’t skimp on the spinach and there was just the right amount of bacon-y/jam goodness on top. I ate every delicious bite. My daughter ordered one of the grilled cheese sandwiches. She liked hers pretty well, but noted that it seemed like her food either sat for a bit or the pesto was added too early allowing the bread to become a little soggy. She ate it all, though! Next time she’d prefer to try one of their pancake menu items. We were there with a group and everyone’s food liked artful & well presented. No one else cleaned their plates like I did, but no one complained about their food either. We sat on the patio which was delightful until a chilly breeze picked up. I’ll definitely return based on my first experience. Great first impression,

What a great little spot! It’s tucked in the corner of the Sprouts shopping center on lemay and drake, right by the Starbucks. You could almost miss it if you aren’t careful. There is limited seating and I’ve often seen a line out the door on weekend mornings, which showed me I ought to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu; finding French press coffee and a wide variety of food items as well as premium alcoholic breakfast drinks. I tried the«undecided», which was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had! I’ll defiantly be back to this spot again to the explore the menu some more.

This restaurant might be the dictionary definition of «unassuming». Nestled up next to the Garlic Knot in the Scotch Pines shopping area, Rise doesn’t exactly scream«breakfast destination». That is, it’s unassuming until there’s a line around the building every weekend morning. I was fortunate that Rise opened while I lived right down the street, and this is a place I could see myself at every weekend if I hadn’t moved. Great selection of brunch-y drinks, an interesting, eclectic menu, and attentive service. It really does have the pieces that keep you coming back, including food that will intrigue you and keep you on the hook to try something new. My favorite thing I’ve had was an absolutely excellent turkey hash. The one knock on the restaurant is its location and appearance. They’ve created a quirky little spot, but it’s certainly not comfortable, nor can it disguise the fact that you’re in, basically, a strip mall storefront. Don’t let that keep you from giving Rise a try though, your coffee cup will be full, and your plate will be empty after you devour whatever tasty morsels were on it.
