I wanted to wait to post my review until I was able to use the hot tub we got. Service in the store was amazing. I adore my hot tub (my HOA not so much lol) we got it for 60% off and it was an amazing deal. The electrician they recommended was awesome and a super nice guy. The 3 guys that came to install our hot tub had a really hard time getting it in the back yard. But with some thinking on their part they had it in with no damage. I never thought we’d be fortunate enough to own a hot tub but the guys made it happen. Thank you so much!

I was looking around for a fire pit for my husband for Father’s Day and with several places to choose from, I decided on Spa World. I am so pleased I did. Spa World offered incredible customer service as well as no charge for delivery and setup. Kurt even followed up post delivery to make sure everything went well for the surprise. Thank you for the A+ service from my initial inquiry phone call all the way through after delivery.
