Food was amazing!!! Most authentic Mexican food in Fort Collins. Try the fajitas and the sauce bar ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would try again

Fabulous street tacos. Great salsa selection. This is my FoCo taco place. Very authentic. Me gusto mucho. Fast, friendly, and delicious! Definitely will be returning.

I absolutely love this place. My boyfriend and I live right near it and eat here almost every week. Their menu is traditional Mexican and the meat options even include lengua! They only have about 5 options officially per lunch and breakfast but they offer a new special every week and have the skill to make any Mexican dish that you request if it isn’t on the menu. The wait staff is always super nice and I only took off one star because they hover sometimes and seem like they’re in a rush to turn over the table. The Taqueria is always packed for lunch and dinner because people love the authentic food eaten in a very Mexican atmosphere. I love it love it love it, I’m even on my way over now haha

I’ve come to the realization that I will never find exceptional Mexican food in Ft. Collins, but this isn’t bad. Their al Pastor is pretty decent. Salsa bar is ok, but I’ve had better (just not in Ft. Collins). Asada is not that bad either. This is the place we eat when we’re craving Mexican, but are in Ft. Collins.

This place is delicious!!! My combo was perfect…, deliciously smothered bean burrito, creamy cheese enchilada and crispy guacamole tostada… yummy. The salsa bar allows you to enhance your lunch with flavorful salsas, cilantro, onions, you name it. The serving sizes are huge! What’s not to love here?

We went for the smothered burrito which was great but the carnitas street taco was the best since I left Houston. This is not TexMex. The salsas on the salsa bar were excellent. We were looking for a non chain or non reproduction Chipotle type restaurant. Found it!

Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s faking authenticity and you can taste it in every bite. The food was flavorless and bland and not worth the price at all. The restaurant was dirty and the salsa tasted like watered down ketchup.

Today i get chilaquiles rojos with two eggs on tap, side of refried beans, and 3 cups of coffee, this is the best lunch ever, and thanks for the great service, was clean and organized thanks for make delicious lunches.

The hours of operation on this site is incorrect. My friends and I went to this location based on the posted time and the place was closed. So we came back the next night.
Anyway, I ordered the El Pastor Burrito. It has too much beans in it. If it had rice, everything probably would’ve been okay. I had to add a ton of hot sauce and salsa to my order. This was the biggest mistake ever! After 1 – 2 hours passed, I had a terrible stomach pains. The pain was worse than cramps. I thought I had to go to the hospital; I was close to tearing up. I felt really light-​headed too. I forced myself to throw everything up. When I did, the peppers were burning my throat. Good thing I was able to do so or else I would’ve had a hefty hospital bill. Note to self: go easy on the hot sauce. Probably not going to happen unless I develop GERD ha
My friends ordered other stuff like tacos which came with beans, rice etc. One of my friends ordered the dish with the shrimp and mushrooms. They put a ton of mushrooms in the order, it looked pretty disgusting. I’m not a huge fan of mushrooms, nor was my friend. She thought the rice was okay though; her husband disagreed and said it had a weird taste to it.
Overall, the food was alright, but not authentic at all.
