This is absolutely the place to go for the best wine in Fort Collins! Wendy and Mark, the owners, are very knowledgeable and experienced about wine. Their staff are knowledgeable as well. They will help you find exactly what you need for a party, an event, or a gift. Their wine club is amazing and always a fun selection. I’ve expanded my wine palette since I’ve been with their gold club. It’s great to have such wonderful local experts here in Fort Collins.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, they advertised certain products on the outside of the store, then they act like you ran over there dog when you leave to find them somewhere else. Go elsewhere unless looking for wine snobs.

The selection is great, and the location is close to my house, so that’s nice. However what blows me away is the customer service. Normal liquor store customer service is basically non-existent. Every time I’ve been in the Cellar they go out of their way to help. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. It really is a surprisingly pleasant experience to shop there.

With a stunning selection, beautiful building, and… and…s-word, s-word…superb staff(’cause alliteration is amazingly attractive), The Cellar is the premier location in Fort Collins to get great wine for an unexpectedly great price(«gourmet» doesn’t mean $ 30 a bottle, guys!) as well meet fantastic people with both the crew there and the people just in for a visit. Holding quality wine tastings every Saturday(this ain’t your Olive Garden house wine*), walking through the doors I always know it will be a pleasant experience. The team there is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and their recommendations have been spot on every time for a wide variety of palettes. Whether you are a true wine connoisseur or that guy who just wants to look classy in front of his date(you know who you are), The Cellar prides itself on never selling you a bad bottle of wine and, in the meantime, never gives you less than an excellent experience. I highly recommend checking them out, even if on a Saturday where you just want try some great wine with a great seller… cellar…Cellar…sorry.(I’m usually there at 6:30pm by the way!)
