I would give the District 4.5 stars. It really is a great place to live with the gym, pool, tanning, grills, right there at your convenience. I lived here as a sophomore this year and already renewed my lease with my roommates for next in the same apartment! I live in building one and would highly recommend it, although it does get loud sometimes.

Subletting for the summer.
Other roommates were not neat and I was ding with my security deposit even though I have talked to the manager that the apartment was very dirty when i first moved in. Pictures were provided and also we talked to the same manager when we move out regarding the security deposit.
What a rip off.
Loud and no support from management, too expensive.
