Had a freak eye injury happen on a Saturday back in August and this was the only place open I could find that could look at it. Staff was very friendly and helpful while I made multiple trips here after my first visit. Dr. Partnow even called me at home to make sure everything was going OK per what he prescribed. After a month I returned again to see him and the final eye exam went great. Awesome staff in here and would rate 5 stars except there was differences in opinion between doctors and I had to get multiple prescriptions which was a real pain to deal with. Overall I would recommend and return again here in the future.

I went to Doctor’s Vision Works to save money. What I got was poor customer service and the wrong eye prescription. They claim to have a complete money back guarantee — which they do, if you’re willing to be persistent.
I went back after a few days with my new glasses, but they were awful, I was seeing worse than before. When I tried to return them and asked for a second glance at the prescription they said no and tried to simply put the lenses into a different — but identical set of frames.
I went back and fought for the refund — which I got two weeks later by mail.
After a visit to another eye doctor I learned the prescription they gave me was WAY off.
Everyone makes mistakes — but the folks here were very rude.
