The pharmacy staff and photo technicians at this store have been particularly rude on more than one occasion. As a professional in the community, it is has felt very insulting and uncalled for. It appears that the management of this store does not send a clear message of correct customer service to its employees. The Harmony Road Walgreens is NOT my first choice when needing to get prescriptions filled or submitting photos for pick up, but sometimes it’s location is more convenient.

Our initial experience was OK but not exceptional.
The service in the cosmetics department is exceptional other than that, service is hit or miss.
In the store I have encountered one employee who is consistently rude and there are a couple other employees that have poor customer service skills.
In the pharmacy the tech turnover is high and after three years of doing business there, only three or four of them recognize us. That is not as much of a problem as; not getting pharmacist consultations on new medications, twice now saying that the doctor had not sent e-prescriptions when I was in the doctor’s office and witnesses him send it, and now three times when they say a prescription is too early to refill when I am filling the medset and the medication is used up.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this location for anything other than cosmetics and personal hygiene products. If you do fill a narcotic there, demand they count it in your presence!

Jenna, who works at this pharmacy, needs better phone skills. If a customer calls with a question, that she’s already told them the answer to earlier in the conversation, NEVER say in a loud voice, or even otherwise, «THAT’S WHAT I ALREADY SAID!» to a customer. Perhaps the customer is older, has a harder time hearing, &/or feels anxious because it’s very important they get their prescription filled in time. However, the rest of the staff has always been polite and accommodating.

My prescriptions are usually ready before I leave the doctors office and the other night I saw him fill my prescription in front of me. They have also filled a prescription after alerting me that they were closing in several minutes, again filling the prescription with me within ear shot.
I am amazed simply put. In most cities I’ve been my prescriptions are filled in an hour, and in small towns 15 minutes. I have never had my prescription filled in front of me or before I left the doctor before using this location.
They have my loyal support.

Stopped in here after checking into the Hilton Garden Inn.
The cold, wintry, dry mountain air made me realize I needed some moisturizing lotion. Picked up some hydration supplies — a couple of tubes of Walgreens brand hand lotion (basically their version of the Vaseline hand lotion), plus some Gatorade to hydrate my insides.
Really good customer service — was asked my a couple different clerks if I needed help finding anything. And when a long line suddenly formed at the register — two more registers quickly opened to process the line.
Convenient and close to the Hilton Garden Inn…
