Typical AAFES Shoppette. It has the common staples you would find and those quick grab and go meals. It will get crowded on weekends as everyone stocks up on their adult beverages. I still prefer the NEX as I am not a big fan of how the Army/Air Force combine their liquor stores with gas stations. It just makes too much of a crowd.

This was my go to place for cigarettes (so cheap), but since I quit (go me!), I don’t come here too much anymore. One thing that amazes me is how long the lines are ALL THE TIME! Even with 4 cashiers, the line wraps around the store. Totally annoying. I am hoping that the new Express down by the NSA elevates this to some extent. Some cashiers are really nice, others are just rude, but whatever. I’m here for the cheap goods, not the customer service.

Customer service is not the best at this location. I was able to argue my way to get a discounted price for their mistake of mislabeling prices. Just admit the mistake the first time and then fix the problem.

If they had a bigger selection and better prices then I wouldn’t mind coming here more often. But I never really find what I need… just what I don’t need and end up having to make another stop. I’m going to stick with Target or some where else. Sorry guys, want to support but not always worth it for me.
