Burger King

been comeing here since I was station here in 1994 best burger king in the world 2^nd was at camp casey, korea .13 fox F.I.S.T, danger close no problem!

The gave me cooler than room temperature fries in the drive thru, then when I went inside, one of the employees had a bad attitude and was mumbling negative comments out loud, another employee admitted that she made those fries an hour ago. No one, to include the manager I spoke to even apologized for giving me those cold fries. Terrible customer service, especially for being on post. If you don’t like your job here, then go work off post.

So… It’s been years since I’ve eaten at a Burger King but since I had a hour to spare before I needed to be somewhere nearby, I decided to get breakfast. Of course hash browns, bbq sauce and orange juice is not the best breakfast, it’s what I’d usually get from Burger King. Anyway, this location is positioned in the left corner of the building from the entrance. The parking is ample, although there is a barracked section which forces you to walk 25 feet or so to the entrance but no biggie it is a military installation so it’s to be expected. This place wasn’t here when I was stationed here over 10 years ago so it was good there is an additional option for Soldiers to stop in and get food or just hang out in between designated hard times. The area was neat, clean and the lady at the cash register was very friendly and it appeared as if all the employees were friendly as they were all smiling and joking around with each other. The food court itself is a moderate size with multiple televisions and various places to eat including Wing Zone, Subway, Charlie’s and a Green Beans Coffee for the coffee drinkers. There are OneStop stations which are useful if Soldiers need access to something quickly. There are ATMs and a bank, Fort Hood Bank located inside.

I have worked for burger King in the past. The food is cooked the way it should be, it is fresh, and it’s prepared properly. The lines are long at lunch and they still do a good job with service and food.

This is the worse BK on post! Every time we want something quick to eat they take 40 mins to get our order .On top of that we always get something missing or the order is wrong. I complained multiple times and still management can’t get there **** together! I gave them so many chances this time I’m done.

Food is good. Just the line is long as Sh! t. Yea it’s a horrible wait during lunch.

don’t come here during lunch line is long and the service stinks.

Even when there’s hardly any customers they are so SLOW! I used to work at Burger King on Schofield years ago and we were way busier, but QUICK. Most of the workers are friendly, but they definitely need to improve their productivity.

Besides the wait times it’s mostly better here than off post BKs. Management is always eager to make things right.
If I eat BK I eat here.
