Yowzah. Food is hot, temperature wise. If you’re on post(Ft Knox), it’s pretty much the only late night game in town, if you call 1000pm late. Anyway, staff is friendly enough but the service is a little on the slow side because there’s a single person there, at least when I went. It’s a place to eat…

Eaten here several times. The food has always been better than anything in Radcliff offers as far as Chinese food. The wait staff and bartenders are not properly trained that is for sure so service is very spotted but for a restaurant on post one of the better ones I have been to. Recommend the seafood dishes and egg rolls.

Got a lot of lo mein and it was good. but for main course item chicken broccoli dish they used real chunk bites chicken but didn’t get a good portion for money and didnt have much flavor outside that you can tell it was chicken. Tasted like they cooked it separate to sear it and then added it to mixture for a second and then done which made it chewy hard vs tender. It didn’t marinate together. Ragoons were hardly full of filling– more air and pastry shell. Do have to say coconut shrimp was good but the cause wasn’t what I expected from what I use to get for them in other places.

This is the first time I’ve been to a base which has a Chinese restaurant. The food is pretty good but depending on what chef is working, the visual display can be appealing or unappealing. They are also willing to modify the food greatly to the customers own specific needs. Waiter service there is really nice and are always there to help ps I have yet to find a rude waiter. The bathroom is also very nice and overall the restaurant is also ps not so sure about the kitchen haha. The music in the restaurant is nice too but wished it played more Chinese styled music but it seems to be more of a American Chinese Korean Restaurant because they do have Korean dishes like Bulgogi. Alright here goes some negatives. Beware of going during summer time because of the mass individuals that eat there during that time especially the numerous amounts of ROTC cadets. This usually causes the wait time to get a waiter, drinks, and food for you to be RATHERVERYYYYLONG. However they hire more waiters during summer to help with this problem. They also tend to run out of certain foods and drinks more times than normal due to it being a small restaurant so beware! Overall a great restaurant with moderate tasting food and a friendly staff that will work with you.

If you order take out, they will tell you it will be 45 mins. Fact is, expect 2 hours and very cold food.

So… My wife and I have heard pretty good things about the place so we decide to check it out after work. It was surprisingly empty so we figured it would be a pretty fast turn around for food especially since we planed on taking out. We paid and then waited at the bar. We ended up waiting for 48 minutes! We were never offered water, an explanation of what was taking so long and most of all an apology for the wait. Another customer was eating to order for nearly 15 minutes without even being greeted. When my order came out I told the bartender that the gentleman hadn’t been tended to but she said she would be back and returned to the kitchen. I was so furious by this time that I forgot to request a manager to speak with. We get home and are hoping that the wait was well worth it but again this place failed! We ordered General Tso, Hawaii chicken and combination lo mein with shrimp and chicken. I am not exaggerating when I say EVERYTHINGWASSUBPAR. To me it wasn’t general tso. Everything was super salty, the sauce for the Hawaii chicken came on the side and wasn’t gross but it wasn’t good either. If I had to guess it was just super watered down simple syrup with crushed pineapple and a few pineapple chunks. The meals came with fried rice so how can you mess that up right? Wrong again. That was the only thing that wasn’t salty as in no salt/flavor. Maybe it was because my taste buds were already blown out from the salt from everything else but also didn’t have egg or vegetables in the fried rice. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. There is no excuse for that long of a wait if there were on four customers in the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and order cheap Chinese off base so at least you could get what you pay for.

If you are here on a night when a slovenly dude is working bar, turn around and walk out. He is a world class douche– bag.

food is absolutely TERRIBLE, in a good way at least. They come here on time, its the only chinese delivery place. The food needs more salt, more seasoning, more soysauce maybe and definitely less oil.

Chinese Fast Food(Mall-Type) served in a wannabe fancy facility. This is NOT Chinese food. Everything is fried. I feel sorry for those of you that think this is real Chinese food. They’ve gotten my order wrong twice. The server doesn’t know the difference between chicken and beef. By the way — use deodorant buddy. Terrible place to eat.

Okay for this place to be on a military installation… I was really impressed! The décor would rival any Japanese Steak House. Lovely oriental music of different varieties and perfect lighting. I went for lunch and the service was not only fast but friendly. Now the food… So Favorful, hot, and fresh! I ordered the General Tso Chicken. It came with a choice of soup, rice, and egg roll or wonton. Best meal under $ 10 on the installation. Taste like the Chinatown NY food I am use too. Better than P.F. Changs… Seriously.

Expensive relative to the small portion sizes, not the greatest tasting Chinese food, and slow service. I waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged to be seated when there were plenty of seats. The General Tso’s chicken tasted as if it came from a frozen microwave dinner, and there were just 8 – 9 small pieces and one small scoop of rice. That Seinfeld adage of «where there’s Chinese food there’s leftovers,» does not apply to this location.

When they first opened, it was very good food. Sadly, that is no longer the review I can give.

I ordered from this place on a Sunday evening for dinner. Although I wish they made it possible to order online, they were all right for the most part. It’s either a three-star or four-star experience, but I’m just going to go with four stars because there’s nothing else of the sort around for miles, and I may very well have to order from them again in the future. Ordering by phone was fairly simple, although there is a menu posted online so I don’t know why they could have just let the whole ordering process be online. They said it would be a 45– to 55-minute wait, but they arrived within about 40 minutes. Everything went smoothly and service was friendly, so no complaints there. The food is Americanized Chinese, obviously. Nothing like a military base to serve this kind of food. It’s rather generic, but overall not bad. I got a beef with broccoli drenched heavily in brown sauce plus fried rice on the side for $ 10.99. I also got six pan-fried pork dumplings for $ 5.99, and those were actually pretty good. The total for that after tax and delivery somehow came to $ 19.50. Considering how convenient they made things for me, I would not say it was unreasonable. Maybe I’ll visit the store to try their lunch buffet when I get the chance.

This is probably the largest and nicest Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been in so I don’t understand how this place sucks so bad when it comes to food. Way over priced

I’ve eaten here twice for lunch, both buffets. The food was fine, but it was rather pricey, especially since the buffet was probably the smallest one I’ve ever encountered.(about 3 entrees, rice, noodles). The décor is nice, and there is a lot of seating which would make it ideal for a large group outing, but the buffet selection and price ratio doesn’t merit another return.

You WILL have two different expereinces if you order for delivery vs if you eat in. We’ve ordered delivery a couple of times and the food was just ‘eh’. Always luke warm and kinda mushy. Which has always irritated me since we live less then 5 miles from them. However if you have time, go sit down and eat there. The layout hasn’t changed from when it was the Italian joint just the décor. Service is amazing, highly recommend sitting in Sahar’s section if you get the chance. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. The total price was a tad more then I would have liked, but with a family of 6, including a growing teen; it’s almost impossible to get out of anywhere without spending $$$. My husband ordered the Hawaiian Crispy Chicken. It was really good, until it started to get too sweet and soggy. I got the General Tso and really enjoyed this not too overly sweet version. Our teen received the Orange Chicken and it was decent. Nothing to jump around for. And the little kids shared Sweet and Sour Pork, can’t go wrong there. My only 2 complaints is 1. if you have children or like to sit and talk while eating; be warned your food will mush up very quickly and the sauces will set in making it too sweet to eat. And secondly, the fried rice was just plain boring, no taste and left much to be desired, although the portion sizes were HUGE. All in all it was a decent experience dinning in vs ordering delivery. Hope to see this place last and do better then the other restaurant it replaced.

Extremely friendly servers! 5 stars to the servers!!! food was GREAT! I would NOT be getting the general tso over the pineapple chicken EVER again. In all honesty, general tso was too sweet, whereas my friend’s pineapple chicken was crispy, had a nice spicy kick, and was way more flavorful than general tso chicken. the cashier lady was not as friendly as the servers, and seemed like she just wanted us to pay and leave. Did not feel welcomed. Overall, great interior, great servers, and tasty chinese food(along with korean dishes in the backside of the menu).

The good: This as very nice facility with lots o f room to grow. Easily accommodates large groups and an office party/dinner. Even better, the staff is extremely friendly and very attentive to the guests. Food prices were very reasonable — 5 adults had the lunch portion for a total of $ 45 — that is a steal. No waiting at all, the place is very spacious and we were greeted with a smile and seated right away. The not so good: The restaurant advertises a buffet style lunch on Sundays, but when we arrived, they informed us that they were out of most of the Mongolian Style buffet and thus it was not open. Bummer! We order of the menu and the food was simply ok — a bit bland for my taste. Recommend: try the egg rolls and order a few extras, they are delicious. I will return to give them another attempt to have the Mongolian Grill open and enjoy it.
