This is a good 7-Eleven. They are all pretty much the same to be honest. However, all of the cashiers that I have ran into here are very friendly. They usually have some good deals going on, and plenty of freshly made snacks. I always avoid that kind of food, but it looks fresh and pretty good.
The entrance way is kind of hard to navigate when there is traffic. It usually leaves me accelerating like a mad man to try to weave my way back on to 31^st.
