As a mother of 2 teenage girls & a wife for 18 years, I found myself with a little extra time to pursue a teenage dream that I had put on the shelf for 15 years… In July of 2009, I decided to pursue an acting career in S FL. I did a little research and i found Act True via Facebook. I joined immediately. I was mesmerized from day 1. Marc Durso is a genius!!! He is truly gifted. I believe he is the BEST acting coach out there… I’ve studied with many wonderful acting coaches and I love them all but there is something about the way Marc Durso puts his thoughts into words that I personally understand better. Here I am today Jan 2012 with 6 Best Actress awards in the film festival circuit for 2011. There are a lot of people who helped me achieve those awards but it all started with Act True with Marc Durso and the Uta Hagen Process… He made me look at myself, my own life and he made me understand that to be a great actor you have to be the person you are within that character… acting is reacting and being true to the moment not showing others that you are «acting…» let the moment move you & be true to the character… I certainly cannot put into words all the things that I have learned with Marc… But what I can tell you, is that if you want to be an actor/​actress… Act True is where you need to go. I love Act True!!!
