I love this store, they are helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The store is so calming and presented beautifully. I’m a regular and will continue to support this great brand.

My first encounter with Alex and Ani was in Winter Park, FL. So when I found out there was one open in Las Olas I was very excited.
I spent a good amount of time browsing to figure out which bangle I wanted to purchase. It was difficult to make a split decision since there were many options to choose from. The store associates were helpful and patient in assisting my friend and I on figuring out which item to purchase.
I would recommend though to hand out to customers a newer jewelry item from the back of the store if available rather than one that has been viewed by other patrons.

I’ve only been to Nordstrom to shop Alex and Ani, so it was nice being able to shop in their standalone store. The staff was very friendly, but not overbearing, which made the experience really enjoyable They have a great selection of jewelry and I love their Charity by Design line. My only regret was not spending more time to browse the other styles.

I love their designs and enjoyed my visit to the store, but I am concerned with the quality of their necklaces. I bought one this weekend and the end of the chain snapped as I tried to resize it today. I didn’t get to wear my necklace once and am very disappointed… maybe mine was defective? Unfortunately I don’t live very close to this store and can’t return it anytime soon. I also bought a bracelet and am very happy with it. Thinking of getting the bracelet version of my necklace instead as I don’t want to risk another break.

I love Alex and Ani. The best part is that so many of the designs result in a donation to charity. They have such a great selection that there should be something for almost everyone.
The store staff is very friendly without being overbearing. They answered our questions without constantly hovering, which is nice.
I haven’t had my piece long enough to see how well it holds up, but I really enjoy wearing it. I’m hoping to get some more along the way and look forward to seeing what they’re coming out with next!

I’m very content with the service that I receive when I visit the store: the staffs always manage to greet you at the door and smile throughout the whole process. Their jewelry are great and have several so far. One of them turned black and I was able to bring it to the store and the representative cleaned it for me.

I love Alex and Ani bracelets as much as the next girl. I went to their Las Olas location today to find a gift and found the employees put SO much pressure and hovered all over you from the minute you walked in. I kept telling them I was just looking, but as soon as one salesperson left, another one would swoop in to ask if I needed any help. Too much for Saturday morning. I’ll stick to the boutiques.

Made in the USA… I was in introduced to this jewelry line when my daughter received one as a gift from a friend. I instantly fell in love with the design and the powerful energy behind each piece. They do special pieces for charity which is so awesome.
I have purchased a few as gifts for friends and there is so much meaning behind them that it makes a perfect gift. I choose just the right piece for my friends that have a special meaning behind each and everyone. I have always enjoyed bangles, the more the merrier. You can stack so many on each arm, as I have on 8 today, LOL.
We finally made it out to the new store which is very nicely laid out. The young lady who helped me was the sweetest. Service is excellent here. They have necklaces which I like but they are very thin chains which I prefer a bit thicker. The rings are super cute but again very thin and fragile and well for me I need bulkier rings otherwise they would last me a day. Super cute for the more fragile ladies that are not so hard on their jewelry. The earring’s are beautiful with the most intense vibrant colors.
I found some great bangles and especially enjoy the Swarovski pieces that look fabulous when you layer them. Then oh yes please they had two sets of wine glass charms. Of course I had to buy both sets and could not wait to get home and put them on my Riedel stems. So now when I am enjoying a bottle of wine I can enjoy the positive energy of each hand crafted symbol.
I am a spiritual and when I wear these pieces I just feel good, knowing they come from a good place with all good intentions. Check out this great store, service is excellent, fun positive jewelry that make an awesome gift for anyone.
Also FYI, the young lady who helped me signed me up for their list and she told me if anything happens to any piece of jewelry they will fix it as they stand behind their product.

Came today to get a J bracelet for my baby boy. Ashley helped me, she was very friendly and we shared the same name. Couldn’t have felt more at home and the buying experience was extremely pleasant. Would definitely return.

This jewelry store primarily sells bracelets along the same single charm concept. There are many options for different types of charms to make a personalized special gift for a friend. The primary materials are sterling silver, 14 karat gold plated and copper. In my opinion it isn’t a must have as far as quality. The designs and material quality just seems to fall flat.
Also, there was an over abundance of incense in the air throughout the store. So much that people were covering there noses. The store was clean and the staff helpful and nice.
I would recommend this store to the 25 and under age group.
