Walked out… Store looks unfinished… Worst customer service. One guy was«going to school» and couldn’t help me. Myself and another women were both in there trying to buy a new iPhone but the ONE guy actually working there was too busy to help us… Walked out

Awful. Walked out. Didn’t even get a hello. Went to fed highway location. Great experience and saved att business.

The nicest part was someone saying hi when I arrived, from there is just went backwards. First time i was there I had to wait about 20 minutes just to purchase a sim card but had to leave cause it was taking too long,(that is not the end of world). However when I returned, there were 3 associates. One was dealing with an already upset AT&T customer whilst the other 2 girls seemed unable to help me. One sat on her phone doing something, whilst the other seemed unable to figure out what she was doing. I spent approx 35 minutes sitting on the couch waiting for a ready SIM??? Hmmmm,… I’m glad I don’t shop with AT&T as this was for a friend, I’ll let him run that gauntlet.

Very nice in person but follow up service is unreal with how poor it was. I was promised a credit on my bill for a service fee and was told they would follow up with me the next day to confirm it went through. Well, that never happened so i called a week later and was promised it would be taken care of. It wasnt. So now, after another few days i had to go back to the store to try to get them to finally apply the credit i was promised. They did get it credited($ 40), but it should never have taken two trips to the store and a phone call. I dont know if it ever would have been applied if i didn’t show up in person and make them to do it on the spot. I would recommend going to the primary AT&T store. You may have a long wait but at least you know they will do what they say.
