Drove-​through with 2 kids at 9:05pm and order both of them chicken nuggets. Coming home-​only 1 portion instead of 2. And I was clear when ordered: one of each which meant 2. What I think about it-doesn’t go here

Clean, pleasant staff, fresh salads! Stepped away from the register after ordering to wash my hands and was pleasantly surprised (as small as it seems) that my meal had been placed at a table waiting for me. It seemed as if employees communicate well as one person (who didn’t take my order) verbalized to me where my food was as two others pointed at the table.
Good customer service is in the details!

After being open for a year, I’ve tried to give them a chance to work out the kinks. Unfortunately, the service and the quality remains poor and NOT consistent with other CFAs that I’ve frequented. The drive thru is incredibly slow; they NEVER get your order right; and the food is lukewarm at best. The customer service is poor also. The staff is not friendly and they always appear to be confused. I’d skip this CFA location and find another one.

I have yet to find another fast-​food restaurant with better management. Orlando is the absolute best! And not for nothing, but there really is no comparison between the chicken in their sandwiches versus the competition’s pink slime. Chick-fil-A’s is real chicken. I also appreciate the company’s recent efforts to embrace Level Ground, the world’s first faith-​based LGBT film festival. Worlds away from their CEO’s days of casting stones. This effort is what actually got me to finally try (and support) their food for the first time ever this year.
Back to this location itself, a big shout out to Orlando for helping me with my car door! I locked myself out of my car, and he was nothing short of patient, kind, and generous. Thank you!

Fast great service, fresh food. Middle of lunch time and it took me like 5 seconds to place my order. Went to the bathroom and on my way back the food was at the table. Thanks

I drove thru the drive thru around 9:50 pm, 10 minutes before closing. The chicken sandwich was good, as it always is, but the fries were cold. Perhaps you need to ask for warm fries? All in all it was ok.

Worst service of any chick fil a ever visited and I am typically a huge fan. Food is in line. Obviously not managed with the same rigor as others.

This is my first time here. I can’t talk about the atmosphere because I did the drive thru. Service was great. It had a much better feel than a McDonalds or Burger King drive thru. The food was good for fast food. I also received «Be our guest“cards which is good towards one free sandwich per month for the next three months. Not bad at all.

Popped my chick fil a cherry today. Living in Ny, this fast food establishment has been on my list to eat. The location was very clean and hipster. All the condiments and utensils were organized. It didn’t look like a typical fast food restaurant. There was a wooden table in the middle with a light fixture made of glass bottles. We originally ordered to go and were asked to wait at the pick up location while a server brought out the food to us. But we were so hungry that we just ate there. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was so good. Little chunks of pickles inside and each bite had a kick. The chicken tenders were so crispy.
If you don’t want to go inside to order, there is a double drive thru!

The world’s slowest and most inconsistent Chick-​Fil-​A store. It’s worth a 30 minute drive to go to a better Chick-​Fil-​A. The breakfast sign is changed 5 – 10 minutes early after waiting in the drive-​thru line for 15 minutes with only 5 cars in front of you. Rock solid biscuits. Soggy tortillas for breakfast burritos. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the disappointed meal.

This restaurant is fairly new to the area having only been opened a few months. Every time I come it is basically to grab food through the drive thru. I have yet to eat in so my experience may be different than others.
Food wise, it is consistent and I have not had any issues with quality. Service is very slow. Especially through the drive thru. I have consistently waited over 10 minutes when there have been about 4 cars in the drive thru. On weekends, it’s worse. Especially when both lanes are going and the line goes down to Federal. I definitely think this is something that should be addressed.
I’m glad we finally have a Chic Fil A in the neighborhood, but I’m definitely not going as often as I would have if the turn around time was better.

So I know my 1^st review for this location wasn’t good… but it was based on my experience. I just went today and I am so happy to update and give them a 5 star review. Service was excellent. everybody was pleasant. the food was fresh and yummy… way to go Chick-a-filet.proud of you guys!!!

Great location, though a new restaurant in the area, the staff seem very well trained and they all give great customer service, I’ve had lunch there many times and I have never been dissatisfied. Their food, as always, is great! Kudos to the employees and management! Keep up the good work!

Before Chick-​fil-​A opened I have never had or was like: «Chick-​fil-​A?» And ever since the very fist time I went there I was like «WOW! I love it!» Why? Because of the best service and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very positive, pleasant and very VERY CLEAN & with a hint of sparkle along fresh flowers of daisies (I think that’s what they are…) The food is yummy in my tummy especially the breakfast coffee. The coffee tastes SO DARN GOOD and the background story of how coffee is produced and where it comes from it’s very inspiring. I like the fact how the company is doing about the coffee production by looking & reading the website of the company.
What more can I say? The place is awesome and so much better than Boca Raton. Keep up the good work! There is no other place that provides exceptional service, it kind of reminds me omotenashi in Japan. :)

Though the Chick-​fil-​A on North Federal in Pompano is bigger, better in design and offers such amenities as a child’s play area and some outside seating, this Chick-​fil-​A is very nice as well. The interior is of an inviting design with everything spotlessly clean. The staff is also totally professional, well trained and polite.
What I really like, as with other Chick-​fil-​A restaurants is being able to place an order, then being able to sit down and have it served to you instead of standing around in the line. Also, since all of the foods at Chick-​fil-​A are the same, they are consistently good, particularly for a fast food outlet.
One nice thing about being here, which may sound meaningless or insignificant, but was have vase full of fresh flowers on my table. To me, it makes things bit snazzier, being one of this little extra touches that indicates that they care.
As I always do, I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich which I always enjoy when smothered in both their original and their Polynesian sauces; a really tasty sandwich at a really good price.

This is the best chick-​fil-​a location I’ve ever eaten at. Very clean, efficient, accommodating, and dependable.
The manager Nick was so pleasant and really went above and beyond to provide us excellent service!

Sometimes their food is incredibly fresh and tasty. Other times it’s not so great. I get when they are slammed, that things might be overlooked. However, this morning I went for breakfast. There were two other cars in the drive through. The breakfast potatoes were crappy and soggy and falling apart.

What I loved about this place is that the staff is so well trained. They were extremely gracious, even about correcting an error in my order. While sitting in the restaurant, several of the staff were busy cleaning tables and generally picking up and keeping things in order, and they asked me if I needed any condiments, napkins or utensils from the bar in the middle of the restaurant, and brought me what I needed; each time stating that it was their pleasure to serve me. That is what great service is about, and what seems to be missing from most businesses these days. Their service is always excellent, and with a genuine smile because they actually like serving you. Plus, the food is great, and their chicken has less byproducts and is much more natural than the other fast food restaurants. Great restaurant!

I love CFA! Be prepared this location is new and super busy still. But the service is great and amazingly considerate given the chaos. I love the nuggets and sweet tea. Also it is a nice facility and good location. Extra parking behind building.

I think this location is working out the new location kinks. Since this is the closest location to downtown, east FTL people who have been hiking out to Davie or Pompano to indulge on chicken are overwhelming it. The double drive through is always flooding nearly out to US1. The lines inside aren’t much better. The staff is trying, but I don’t think they are 100% able to handle the demand effectively.
We ordered spicy chicken and chicken nugget combos after finding the line that was actually for ordering and not people hovering to get food or drink refills. We were also waiting in a line that somehow the woman taking orders just stopped and closed the cash register to do some other task. The manager was doing his best to allocate staff to the right places.
I will try this location again when the hype is dying down and update my review.
