Going downhill fast. I used to like this McDonald’s a lot. Now it is not worth the trouble eating there. I agree with J S.‘s review that this location is clean. The only exception to that I have seen is a recurring ant problem on the window sills along Federal next to the high top tables. Also, the food is consistent McDonald’s quality and is usually served quickly. But my experience this evening was very bad. A white guy in his 40s or 50s started playing a video on his phone near me with the sound turned up very loud. I nicely asked him to turn it down. He pretended like he could not hear me. So I walked over to his table, about ten feet from where I was eating and watching one of the TVs, and I again asked him politely to turn the sound down. He started b****ing about the music playing over the loudspeakers. I told him I had no control over that but that this was a restaurant and not that guy’s living room. He seemed to agree and turned his sound down. But then a few minutes later, he turned it back up again. This time I alerted the store manager, a young black guy, whom I have seen many times there when I have placed my orders to eat. Astonishingly, the store manager sided with the a*hole playing the loud sounds! The store manager told me it was that guy’s RIGHT to play his video as loudly as he wants. The store manager then asked me what I wanted him to do, «throw the guy out?» Wait a minute… how about going over and ASKING the guy to turn his sound down? This McDonald’s has been having a lot of problems with homeless people going there. Several times I have been asked for money, even while I was sitting inside at a table eating my food. If the older guy tonight who was wearing a shirt and tie was actually backed up by the manager with playing his video as loud as he wants, then more and more homeless people go there because they can do whatever they want and the manager will not do anything at all. Whatever happened to making the restaurant safe and comfortable for everyone? Isn’t that good business? McDonald’s restaurants have seen sales plummet worldwide. This location seems to be losing business to the new fast food restaurant which recently opened next door. It seems like they have no business sense. I will avoid this location. The McDonald’s on Commercial is so much better in terms of the behavior of both the customers and the people who work there anyway. I had a problem like this a few years ago at Panera where a young guy was playing his video loudly. I alerted a manager there, and the manager went over and asked the guy to turn the sound down. Problem solved. People don’t act like this at Panera. I do not understand why people like the older white customer and the young black manager at this McDonald’s act this way. Why would anyone who wants a quick meal without much trouble would ever eat inside this McDonald’s? It’s not worth it.

This is a 24 hour pit from hell. The drug dealers, hookers and sex offenders permeate the place. after 10 pm the criminals own all the business’s in a five hundred foot radius… One drug dealer sits in the SE corner of the McDonalds parking lot dealing drugs all nite long. Directly across the street is the Budget Inn which is ground zero for all the sex offenders. If ever there was a vortex into hell, this place owns the realestate it sits on.

I so RARELY give out 1 stars but this McDonald’s has one nasty staff Maria. Lets pause for a moment because I have to give some credit to the 5 stars from J S. gave out, I have to agree some of those reviews. Sure: It made me feel different in unique way/it’s nice and clean view could not argue with that/and restrooms sure heck as clean than any other restrooms of other McDonald’s out there. However, when I went there to order some food, Maria sure got some two faced b — -ness personality. She really had an issue but after complaining to the company, I truly thought she changed and she did but wait she didn’t because when my father went there to order some food he was treated with boorish attitude from her AGAIN. Oh and guess what she treats other costumers as if they’re precious teacup puppies. It’s unfortunate that other staff can do 100 times better than that employee. Too bad they don’t realize they have 1 little demon working under their noses. I don’t even want to step in that McDonald’s because of what my Dad had to deal with horrible costumer service from that BRAT. Same goes to my Dad and others who got treated like a piece of spoiled food. I rather drag my hungry dead body of mine to the skyline chili’s or some other restaurant that have courteous and respect.

I love this McDonald’s :) I kinda took it for granted, then I realized that it deserves a small Unilocal :) If all McDonald’s were like this, people would think about it differently. Nice, clean place Because of the location, the customers are quality, no yelling or any of that mcdonald’s craziness, lol Clean restrooms They even have plug outlets for all of the tables by the window! Like 5+ Customer service has been good whenever I come. «Thanks! Come again» as I snook up to the counter to get my food. they would have done fine not saying anything but they greeted me from inside the kitchen
