It’s Chili’s. But I walked by the kitchen on my way to the restroom and it looked clean considering it was the end of the day.

What can I say I love food. Went here with the kids and wife. Of course first thing we ask was about shellfish allery. I’m very surprised how well the waitress knew the full answer. Stating my wife can have anything fried and everything on the menu that doesn’t have shrimp in it. Felt good to have that piece of mind. The appetizers came out quick. My wife had 2 for 1 margaritas and we did the 2 for $ 20 dinner special. 1 app and 2 meals. The kids food came out quick and looked great and they loved it. Now why do they get 4 stars. Well our food looked to have taken a lot longer about 30 minutes. My steak wasn’t medium and more like well done. All in all I will definitely dine here again. Thank you to the waitress for the great service.

They have really stepped up their game lately. Two for One margaritas were calling my name, so we headed to the neighborhood Chilis to grab some drinks and grub. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. If you sit in the bar chips and salsa are on the house. Can’t go wrong here. They also have a deal whee you get an appetizer and two entrees for $ 20. We ordered the guacamole as our app to go with the chips and salsa. It was not a large portion but it was definitely fresh, and had chunks of tomato and garlic. I ordered the sizzling sirloin which came out on one of chilis famous hot smoking skillets. It was a 6oz sirloin on top of asparagus. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, and the steak came out the temperature as ordered. I was really impressed with the marinade used on the steak. Very flavorful and paired well with the asparagus. The other half ordered a half rack of ribs and fries. I don’t eat rips but his plate was almost licked clean, so it’s safe to say those are winners too. Service was excellent, never an empty margarita glass. Not a place I’ll frequent but a great option and budget friendly.

Here at Chilli’s in Fort Laudale trying something new on the menu for dinner. Ordered a Samuel Adams and it came with another one. The man said its 2 for 1. Great steak and asparagus and cherry tomatoes sizzling when brought to the table.

I wish I could give 0 stars! The service was awful… I was there to pick up some food to go and when I went to the pick up area the cashier told me to go to the bar to pick up my food. I proceeded to the bar and the bartender would not knowledge me. So I walk up to the register all the way at the end of the bar only to be pushed around by staff. As I was trying to pay one of the waiters bump into me and felt like it was necessary to literally put his hands around me. I tried to bring this to the manager and all she said was«I’ll talk to him» like it was no big deal. I would never walk into that restaurant again.

Well i just remembered why i don’t go here! Over crowded, sticky tables and chairs. But thats besides the point. Ordered new prime rib tacos. In a stand version of fish tacos all pretty topped with avocado and pica de gallo. Well when i chewed the first bite my partners face was like o no whats wrong. It was that bad! Tasted like warmed up version of alpo doog food on a taco or chewy beef from a old can soup with gravy to cover the taste! Gross! Also parter took a piece of meat and said wow u are not kidding that tasted like ****!! U think the waitress would notice the full plate with a bite missing and i decline a box togo. My stomach now hurting with the horrible gravy i could not even go there. Will never go back.

Ordered a bowl of chili to go. Half way done with my chili, I was chewing and felt something hard in my mouth. And sure enough, just my luck — A Fingernail!!! Really really gross and I will definitely not be back. *gags*

It was not great but so-so. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas with the steak well done. The steak wasn’t really well done. I was also taken back by what appeared to be mold on the cheese. Of all the times I’ve been to Chili’s for fajitas, I’ve never received cheese with blue/black spots on it. Gross! The flour tortillas were crunchy versus soft and warm. I will say that our waitress was good. She was at the table with beverage refills before we could even ask.

I know it’s chili so my expectations are low already. But out of connivence today we stopped to watch football and haves snack. First terrible beer selection no support for local brewery’s and great beer only big corp crap. Bar was empty and we asked to change a couple of games got a ton of attitude and only changed one. Are u kidding totally forgetting the business you are in SERVICE and this would have cost $ 0.0. Now it cost you a terrible review and confirm we will never Eat at chill again anywhere! And FYI our chicken was cold on our nachos but the bartender with the attitude didn’t feel it was important to ask us if everything was ok as he stood at end of bar and watched tv. I can go on but I think point was made. Even though nothing will change at chilis!

Visited this location last evening around 7pm and plenty of tables were available which provided immediate seating. We were greeted by our waitress, Stephanie, and she was accommodating thru out the meal. The kids ordered the typical chicken fingers and fresh corn on the cob. Chicken did not appear to be the frozen variety but overcooked and tough. We visited the 2 for 20 menu and ordered a Chicken salad and Cajun Pasta. The salad had a unique dressing with lime vinaigrette however lettuce was slightly wilted as getting old or left out too long. The Cajun Pasta suggested a «hint» of Cajun spice, but was almost uneatable as coated in this spicy powder seasoning in excess. Both of us left with mouth tingling ! Chili’s would normally rate a solid 3 star experience. This was not their best showing from a food standpoint. The server however was extremely pleasant and attentive and made things ok overall. We would not likely return to this location as its out of our way and food should have been better. We would not hesitate to suggest that server was great and deserved recognition. No managers were seen or present during our meal. The restaurant uses Kiosk system to help with payment. They also offer a reward system tracked thru Kiosk. Chilis repaired the situation to our satisfaction. The same meal at another location was perfect.

When a coworker chose Chili’s as her farewell happy hour spot I was less than enthused. I really don’t like Chili’s, but after coming to happy hour here, my opinion has improved, if only slightly. We arrived a little before five on a Friday. A bar crowd had already begun to form, but we were able to enough tables for our large group without much issue. I initially thought it would be best to physically get my own drinks from the bar to save the waitress from separate tab issues and whatnot, but the bar wasn’t particularly well staffed, so I ended up ordering from our waitress, and her service ended up being pretty great, especially considering our large rowdy group. As far as happy hour goes with drinks most items are 2 for 1. I opted for pinot grigio and my boyfriend went with the margaritas. Our drinks were brought out two at a time, so if temperature is a big issue for you and you drink slowly you may want to ask them to bring one at a time, or for an ice bucket to keep things cold. With our group however, our consumption rate my the temperature thing a non issue. After a few drinks I decided to order an appetizer and went with the fried pickles. I love pickles, and you are pretty much expecting them to taste salty, but these were way too salty. I know that frying pickles probably enhances their saltiness even further, but I’ve ordered them many places and have never tasted them quite this salty… so maybe skip that one here. They were served quickly and hot though. When it came time for the bill I was impressed with how well the waitress had been able to keep track of each person’s orders and was able to get the bill for my boyfriend and I without any issues. I was also quite impressed with the pricing. There were 12 drinks and fried pickles on our tab, and the total was less than $ 50…maybe this happy hour isn’t so bad after all. For the location(just off Cypress with many businesses around) this is probably one of the better bets for happy hour. I know there is another across the street with a slightly more upscale atmosphere(only slightly) but the deals there aren’t nearly as good. While I think in terms of the food one should probably just stick to chips and salsa, when drinks are concerned this is a pretty good spot.

ATO is awesome and let me tell you why. We order from Chili’s often and this was the first time that someone actually opened up all the containers and read off what was supposed to be in the orders. If he didn’t do that we would of gotten home with one mac and cheese instead of two, which has happened more than once before. He didnt just check ours, he was making sure that every order was right before he gave it away. Chili’s needs more people like that, that run the takeout counter! I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad which comes with slices of Grilled chicken breast with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, house-made corn & black bean salsa, crispy tortilla strips, and cheese quesadillas. I always order this salad whenever I come to Chili’s because I love it, but tonight the chicken breast tasted very fake and way too salty I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t know if they changed the chicken or what but I probably won’t order the salad again because the chicken is not the same. My sister ordered Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad. Its Crispy chicken tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce with applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, house-made pico de gallo & crispy tortilla strips, with house-made ranch dressing & a drizzle of ancho-chile sauce. She liked her alot especially the crispy chicken. I did try her chicken to compare with mine and hers tasted like chicken is supposed to taste like. My husband got the Original Chicken Crispers which are hand battered deliciousness. It comes with two sides so he chose mac and cheese for both his sides. Its very cheesy with a hint of pepper. Overall Chili’s is Chili’s. Good place to take out if you don’t want to cook or a great place to get 2−4−1.

Oh Chili’s, the only reason I come to thee is that my co-workers continue to choose you for our after-work events. I ordered a margarita on ice, and I got a frozen concoction. No worries, I’ll just deal with it. Too bad it’s like drinking a salt lick. On the other hand, if you like your drinks strong then order a double during their happy hour for a big kick(albeit it will be well liquor). Their new little electronic/iPad type paying system and menu is convenient for checkout, but is just something else to clutter the table and flash obnoxious ads at me. Not to mention the germs that are probably all over it. The service is usually dodgy. There are muliple time that servers aren’t there when you need them. The food never really looks appetizing to me, although I do like munching on their tortilla chips.

Chili’s is Chili’s. Not sure how else I can describe it. It’s always been hit or miss for me. For what it is the food is usually pretty good and reasonably priced. The portions are always on par with the pricing. I went there tonight with a friend for an after work dinner and some drinks. It seems like they’ve upgraded their menu from the last time I visited(which was months ago). They now have premium tacos, enchiladas and some new combo platters. I would be curious to try them next time I come. I love that they always have 2 for 1 on most alcohol including some wines and margaritas. If you sit In the bar/lounge area you get free chips and salsa which I will say are pretty darn good at Chili’s and who can say no to free? On this visit I had the Cajun chicken pasta which comes with a side of garlic bread. This used to be a favorite for me and I must say I was disappointed. Much smaller portion than I remember and really lacking the«Cajun» aspect. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer(another new item on the menu) which were yummy. Briny, salty, crunchy and with ranch dressing for dipping… Ranch FTW. The service we received during this visit was mediocre at best. You can tell the server just didn’t really want to be there tonight and she reflected it in her service. I can’t say I was really happy with this current visit which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. Chili’s is a great spot for apps, drinks and to socialize with friends after work but I definitely would not go out of my way to come here for dinner.

I usually visit this location to redeem coupon offers for a free appetizer or dessert that I receive via e-mail. Definitely sign up for their rewards program if you are a Chili’s fan. Food and service has always been good. Bathrooms are clean and well kept.

Fabian was our host and seated us Caitlin and gabby who was in training were our servers. I order the beef fajitas. Very good. I enjoyed them. I took a star off for the dessert menu and the fact that there were no cream liquors to make an Irish coffee. I felt 4 items for desert weren’t enough and the choices weren’t that great. Every now and then I will stop in… I also have to take off the second star because I was never informed about a 2 dollar charge for ordering all beef for my frajitas. to me it looked like it was a $ 2 up charge. No reason for that if I would have been told I would have never asked why they charge you two dollars extra when all I ordered was all beef fajita dinner not mix and match so maybe that’s the way they get you on that… other than that it was a good experience

This is your standard typical Chilis. Came in for something quick with my son and his friend. I did frequent this Chilis a lot in the past, when I worked right down the street, and I would say if you have every been to Chilis, your experience at this one would be about the same. In general, Chilis does make an attempt to update their menu with new items, and they are someone flexible with substitutions. On this particular visit, after taking our order, a manager came by and explained how they were out of one of the items for my meal, so I had to change it to something else. I was like… meh…food came out relatively quick, overall cleanliness was lacking, server was friendly. The best part of the experience was the little tablets they have now at the table where you can pay for your dinner and leave feedback without having to wait for the server.

Being Labor Day, nothing much was open. I’m glad we ventured to Chili’s since our only other option seemed to be fast food. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was pretty awesome. She was there right when we needed her but not overbearing. One of my tests of good service is how long o have to wait for a new drink once mine is finished. As soon as I took my last sip I had a fresh drink in about 30 seconds. The food was delicious. The Texas cheese fries were really good and my chicken quesadillas were seasoned mildly(I like mild) and yummy. We will definitely be back!
