My husband and I ate dinner there tonight, and I’ve gotta say yum. We ordered a bunch of food and it was all great! We had pork pan-fried dumplings, won ton soup, egg roll, Mongolian beef, General Tsao’s chicken and pork fried rice and it was all so good. It is among the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The dumplings were flavorful and not greasy — the dipping sauce was a sweet-ish soy-based sauce. My egg roll was super crispy. The Mongolian beef was tender and not overly spicy(I think I will ask for more spice next time). I ordered tea and it came in a cup. I did miss the teapot — it lends that special Chinese restaurant je né sais quoi. I think the prices are reasonable($ 46 for the whole shebang). One minor criticism is that the women’s bathroom could use some fixing up — the toilet handle was hanging forlornly off the toilet. Overall, though, the service was prompt and friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was superlative.

Worst service I ever had I even cuddled my dog for an extra half hour before I called the über and the food still wasn’t ready and wanted me to wait another half hour … And now I will just tell everyone not to eat there because they also have roaches and rats…

I’m really sorry but if someone never had Chinese food in their life and are missing taste buds maybe this food would taste good .this is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever taste it was our first time and they messed up the order, understood but when you put corn in general tso chicken this is definitely not traditional at all the fried rice was needed to be seasoned with something our order came up to 21 dollars and it all went in the garbage nice looking place, nice people but I only came here because I saw the reviews were good. BUT… you cannot follow Unilocalers all the time. WORSTSOCALLEDCHINESEFOOD I’VEEVERHADINMYLIFEIFYOUFEELLIKEWASTINGMONEYCOMEHERE. The food here seems to have been prepared with more than the usual amount of care from your average Chinese take-out joint; unfortunately, they seem to use less than the usual amount of flavor. Normally, I appreciate when a place puts a little of their own interpretation onto a «classic» dish like General Tso’s Chicken. Not this time. If you like only a little breading on your General, maybe you should give it a try. I’m not biased one way or another, but maybe more breading would have meant more flavor in this case? The little that was there got soggy FAST(I tasted it within 5 – 7 minutes of when it was handed to me) which, again, could be forgiven if there was good flavor and there just was not. I even ordered it «extra spicy», and it was still bland. And before you start thinking that I’m one of those people who can’t taste anything unless they pour a gallon of hoy sauce on it, think again — the only time I would ever consider ordering ANYTHING extra spicy is at a Chinese take-out place.(They seem to make it the same temperature no matter what you tell them.) I also found the texture of the meat to be odd; the chicken was cut in thick rectangular cubes, which emphasized the grain of the meat and made it seem more like pork — strange, and a little disconcerting. The egg roll was standard-issue. The«mix» soup(wonton/egg drop) was watery and flavorless. The wontons, as noted elsewhere, with almost no filling. The pork fried rice was slightly above average, and I would have considered saving the bit that was left for lunch the next day… but honestly was so off-put by this bad dinner decision that it wasn’t worth saving. The staff seemed nice enough, so I wish them the best of luck — but I hope for the sake of future diners that whomever’s in charge of the kitchen makes some changes. Someone will have to let me know, because there are way too many options around here for me to consider a return visit… =\

Wow. I love this place. Very good food. Freshly prepared. Real Northeast Chinese food in Florida — I like the fried rice, dumplings, and chicken with garlic sauce. Reasonably priced.(I get take-out there – not really a place for a dine-in experience…)

We order the Family Feast: Sweet n Sour Chicken, General Tso, Shrimp Lomein. The food was plentiful and good. Only complaint: not enough shrimp in Lomein. We did delivery and it came quickly. We had been ordering from Beijing. This place is much better. Suggestions/wishes: add more shrimp to Lomein and more options such as boneless ribs for for family feast.

Going to miss this place since we moved out of the area. Loved the freshness of the food and it has plenty of authentic flavored to the dish. We came here few times and only ventured to few of the dishes. They were so good that every time we ordered from there we would order the same exact dish. Ordered the Mongolian beef and it was cooked with so much flavor and the beef was medium… yes they even asked how you want the beef cooked which was a pleasant surprise. The beef chow fun was also delicious and one of my favorite dish. I absolutely love the flat noodles dish and I searched many places for a good one. I can say with confidence that this is where I stop searching. So ecstatic that there is another location in our new area in Coral Springs. Haven’t tried this new place out yet but definitely will and hope it’s as good as the other location.

One of the best Chinese places in the area. Small clean nicely decorated dining room. Very nice people to wait on you. We are repeat customer at least once a week. Much better and friendlier than places closer to home. Love the hot and sour soup, wonton soup, chicken lo mien. Moo goo gai pan, egg foo young.

The entire experience was excellent. The food was average. I called in my order to pick up at 5PM on a Monday night. The person answering the phone was not only friendly, but attentive to details. I was impressed. The place was easy to find in a strip mall that includes Dicks Sporting Goods. Plenty of parking. I was impressed when I entered the restaurant. The dining area was newer, dark wood, and able to seat thirty people would be my guess. The staff at the register were friendly and in a moment I paid, had my food and was on my way. I appreciated the packaging. Heavy brown paper bag, plastic tubs instead of the traditional white wax box and lots of napkins. I ordered the crab rangoon appetizer. It was good. The sweet and sour sauce was good. The entrée I ordered was general tsao chicken. The veggies were good. The sauce used in the entrée had an odd taste to me. As I travel the USA I am always intrigued at how each region prepares the same entrée differently. This may be perfect for southern Florida, but for me, its average. I was so impressed with the service that I will be back. I did grab a menu on my way out. I will be sure to update my review after my next trip.

By far the best Chinese food I have found in ft lauderdale. The phone lines are busy but they are super friendly and will answer any question you have about any menu items. The steak on a stick was the best I’ve ever had. Tender and grilled to perfection. The shrimp chow mein had great flavor and large juicy shrimp. The shrimp pan fried noodles were outstanding and they had no problem subbing out the zucchini for extra broccoli. I will absolutely be back to try other dishes from their extensive menu. This isn’t your chicken wing and French fry Chinese take out like 98 percent of broward county«Chinese» restaurants are.

It was very delicious and very fresh. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because everytime I go eat Chinese I look forward to the crackers and sauces at the table before the meal. I didn’t get any at all.

As far as take out(or dine in) typical Chinese goes, this place rocks! The service was fast and friendly(and adorable) and the food was piping hot, plentiful, and very tasty. My new favorite Chinese take-out restaurant. By the way, they actually have sit-down dining with table service, and the restaurant is actually quite stylish — NOT the typical box-type take-out place you’re used to in South Florida.

3.5 Star This place stands higher than most take out/delivery Chinese restaurants but just not quite good enough for the fourth star. We have ordered delivery from them a couple of times and enjoy the majority of our meal. The prices are on point and delivery is on time if not earlier than quoted! Last time I ordered I called in to place our order and the weirdest thing answered the phone. She sounded just like me! Ha! I had to make sure I dialed the number right then proceeded to make my order. She was friendly and repeated my order back to me which is always a plus when creating an order over the phone. The goods delivered included Hot & Sour Soup and Wonton Egg Drop Soup. Both were decent but needed a bit of work as the H&S needed more of a punch but the Wonton Egg Drop was much better heated the next day. The biggest let down was the Crab Rangoon’s since they CHANGED their wonton wrappers these were very small, overly fried, and disappointing. Look at the difference in my pictures. Very sad that they downgraded; these were the closest good goons we could find but no longer. Onto our entrees, we ordered the Sesame Chicken Dinner that comes with Pork Fried Rice and an Egg Roll. The Sesame Chicken was wayy to sweet for me but the Fried Rice was good with little veggies and pork cubes. In addition we also ordered the Beef Chow Fun! This was pretty good! Lots of beef and the sauce/veggies added to the flavor! I would order this again! Both entrees were requested to be Extra Spicy but neither were of great spiciness. Other items we have tried are their Beef Lo Mein and Orange Chicken. I would recommend the Orange Chicken over the Sesame! It was good with nice flavor! The white rice is great and all the portion sizes are HUGE! Talk about a meal that lasts for dayss! Out of all the Chinese delivery options around I would say this one is top on my list if not number 1 but some tweaking could be done to make it a notch higher! Customer service also goes a long way and they have it! To calling in and placing your order to the delivery driver! User friendly and yummy!

Crazy Wok is definitely not the type of restaurant to go to for a leisurely sit down dinner. Though it has a decent table set up, its customer base is actually take out or delivery. Hence it really doesn’t have any professional table service, you’ll be putting up with their staff paying more attention to their phone in orders than to your table, hustling around getting bags of food out of the kitchen, patrons waiting for their pickups or on their cell phones attempting to find out what others located elsewhere may want them to pick up. Though the place is clean, some of the tables of prior eat in customers aren’t, remaining covered with bits of rice sauces and if you peek into the kitchen you’ll see a lot more food going into takeout boxes than onto serving plates. As for the food itself, the portions tend to be generously large, more than reasonable in price, what is really very good for takeout Chinese, but not all that great for what one might expect of regular restaurant dinning food. I had the wonton soup which came with plenty of wonton dumplings but made with hardly any filling and accompanied by a paper bag instead of a bowl of those dry like noodles. I also had their shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce. Again the portion was large, the scallops and shrimp fresh, of nice size but totally bland in flavor and with a taste so sweet you’d swear it to be the end product of a candy store confectioner as opposed to that of Chinese chef. Maybe OK as Chinese takeout, which is what it tastes like, but not for a dinning in restaurant.
