i love this place. food is always fresh and enough. Price is so reasonable. Only time i noticed they don’t keep the tables wiped down. Maybe cause i go lunch time a lot and they are busy. But not complaining. the food is great! I go often. And join their club you accumulate points for free entre!

Sushi rolls were cold like they were sitting in the fridge for 2 days, sweet and sour chicken was like gum and there was a tiny cockroach swimming with the lemons… save your money. Others pei wei seem to be better tough it was just this one…

Be nice to pregnant women!!! I was in with my husband for dinner. We had just sat down but of course I had eaten half my food since I am pregnant. My husband stepped out for a business call and I had to use the bathroom. I left stuff on the table so they would know I was still there. My husband hadn’t touched his plate yet. I came back less than 1 minute later and they had left trash and dirty plates on our food. I was almost done but my husband hadn’t started. I asked for a replacement meal for him and the bus boy barked at me. He said it was my fault for leaving the table. I told him I was gone to the restroom for 1 minute and he kept barking at me that it was my fault the food was ruined. I almost started crying. He was so mean. I finally, firmly said I’d like a replacement meal to go and he sarcastically said, «for free?» I had already paid for all the food and was only asking for the meal we had not touched. Pei Wei you lost 2 customers for life… one that’s eating for two.

We stopped at pei wei for a quick edamame feast! We were helped with great customer service and the restaurant was pleasantly clean! The only thing keeping pei Wei from being 5 stars is that their prices are much higher than their competition. However, we will definitely be back!

Went to this place with some coworkers and came back unimpressed, but also unsurprised. As is typical with ‘asian fusion’ places, they try to do a lot of things and end up doing nothing well. If you look carefully at the door on the way in you’ll notice this place is operated by the same group that does PF Chang’s. That should be all you need to know. Especially here in south Florida, where we have so many wonderful local asian restaurants, there is almost no reason to come to a chain place. But they do have one of those cool custom coke machines, which is something… I guess? Would be better if it worked properly. Now, the good news was the service was very quick when I went in for lunch. The bad news is because they did not cook the food recently. I ordered the pad thai. The menu is sort of limited and it looked like the most appetizing thing. Big mistake. Thai Spice, this place is not. It had plainly been reheated and the noodles were stiff. Even if this were not the case, they use WAY too much soy sauce. Not sure if they realized that it’s supposed to be a peanut dish, not a soy dish. Seating and ambience are ok for a fast casual place. Nothing to specifically draw you here, however. If you’re driving by and thinking of stopping, I would recommend you keep going.

Went here for an easy going casual dinner tonight. Our experience was interesting. We were initially warned that it would take about 25 mins for us to receive our food after we ordered at the counter, that was fine and we agreed. We ordered the crab Rangoon and a soup as appetizers that came out immediately and they were tasty. After we finished eating we waited about 20 mins and my boyfriend’s main course came out called the Dan Dan this was very delicious. Next, I waited an additional 20 mins and my food still didn’t come out and my friend was done eating. I saw people all around me that arrived after eating lettuce wraps! So I walked over to the counter and they told me they weren’t sure what happened with the order if they forgot it or if they gave it away. Food was good, but the service was extremely slow. They definitely need to hire many more people, the place was definitely understaffed.

Ordered the honey seared chicken… looked good in picture. Actually…blob of sticky tasteless rice and some fried chicken(very bland). The décor is very nice. First time… and definitely last time.

Pei Wei, better known to me PF Chang’s baby sister, is even more Americanized than its predecessor if you can believe that. For what it is, it’s great. If you’re looking for authentic Asian cuisine on the cheap, turn around! The only thing I order here is the Mongolian beef because I love the sauce and I’m a fan of the chicken wraps because it’s really the only seemingly healthy thing on the menu. It can get a little expensive to eat here if you ask me. I like the orange tea with the fresh oranges to squeeze into them. Something different and satisfying for sure. They now have a reward program for frequent eaters which helps if you need your Pei Wei on the regular. Don’t go to a fast food chain expecting gourmet food. And I have yet to get a fortune cookie from a meal. That’s the biggest let down of them all.

Don’t leave your food not even for a second. I got up to get a fork and when I came back they had taken my food away and stacked it with the trash. He didn’t even look around to see if I was still there. I was 15 feet away. In less than 10 seconds they had taken my food away and trashed it. When I asked to speak to a manager the manager, D. Perez came out ANDDEFENDEDTHEEMPLOYEEFORTAKINGMYFOODAWAYWHILE I GOT A FORK. Then I waited for them to make another one and they did not even check the order and made something completely different than what I ordered. So I had to wait for my food, not once, not twice, but three times. I do not recommend this place.

First of all might I state the food was prompt, and well prepared. My problem lies with the manager of the restaurant, Zachary. Our meal began with him yelling at his cooks about some internal problem they were having in their open kitchen. Yelling so loud, that every patron could hear him. He said if the«problem» kept persisting they would all get written up and then fired. Next he comes around to a table near us and apologizes to the family for whatever problem occurred with their food and expresses that he is so «sick of this ghetto problem.» Mind you, Zachary is a white male and his cooks in the kitchen are all African American. His expression had an incredibly offensive connotation. We were so disgusted and offended that we confronted him about his inappropriate language. We told him that his behavior was unacceptable and it looked like to us that his employees were working hard in the kitchen.(Hence the open kitchen at Pei Wei that holds every employee accountable) He continued to complain that his cooks are always fighting and get in fist fights at work. He also expressed that he had to call the police three times this week due to employee issues, and that one of his employees brought a gun to work. At this point my friend and I are in complete shock and shaking with anger. I asked him if I should feel unsafe at his restaurant and he shrugged and said maybe. PEIWEI, get rid of this man! I cannot believe the experience. My night was ruined by how uncomfortable and unacceptable the situation was. And to his cooks, I hope you can get a better manager or a new place to work.

I come here occasionally. Every time something is wrong. Either you have to wait on line forever to order because they only have one person taking orders; or they screw up the food order by bringing ½ of it out instead of you and your guests meals together, or the tables are dirty, or the food is way too salty. Who manages this place???

So I was turned on to Pei Wei about a year ago. I usually really enjoy this place but our experience and food at this location was horrible. To start, and it really isn’t even their fault, they got rid of the greenbeans. It was an appetizer and they were delicious! We went in and waited about 5 minutes before anyone came over. We finally placed our order and I was happy to see that they had small sizes and regular. I always thought they gave you way to much food so I was happy. After we got our drinks and sat down, we got our appetizer, crab Rangoon, within 2 minutes. They must have been made already because it came out fast. The rest of our food came out about 20 minutes later. I looked around and noticed that almost everyone in the restaurant was also waiting. The thing that was most annoying was we had 4 people and EVERY single dish came out at different times. My food,(my SMALL portion) came out last, my family was pretty much finished eating. I noticed that it was the same for most tables that had two or more. I also noticed that the kitchen looked like it had no idea what was going on. The small portion size is a joke! I mean a waste of money. There was 1 tiny piece of chicken which went along with about 5 bites. It was more of a side dish. I just think this location needs some help. I definitely will not be returning to this location, Ill give another a try and see what happens.

Walked in to eat on a Saturday night, place was half full, asked for a table and was told they where too busy, they couldn’t seat us or serve us? They said we would have to come back another time or wait for about an hour before they could begin taking orders? Pretty poorly run place if they are only half full and unable to serve customers.
