Horrible ! I have a open permit on my house from a alarm done in the past. I contacted the company in regards to helping me close out the permit. The first words are out of the first words after I finished my question were take it out. I was told to take out the alarm so I didn’t need it inspected. As a contractor myself I couldn’t believe my ears. I told him I’m in the process of selling my house with a contract and I’m not taking the alarm out for the homeowner and the safety of my family. He then got extremely nasty telling me to email him information and then he would think about whether he waa going to charge me or not. My advice to you if you use this company or they are used as a subcontractor from an alarm company check their work and make sure they finish their permits. Nevertheless they change the name after they installed my alarm. But still run under the same license number.

Horrible company… My alarm went off and 30min went by before i found out about from a neighboring stow and when i called the tech couldn’t find it. Then she finally did and said «Oh it was on my board but I didn’t see it… Unacceptable. The cameras are more horrific. three times i Have had to depend on them to solve a crime and each time they have failed. Not recorded. erased the film cameras not right. all Of it. The police just shoke their head.
So I complained to the owner an he cut the feed to the cameras leaving me completely unprotected and said find another company. Boom no notice,
