The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I had a gift certificate of $ 300. Every time I schedule a massage they call me the same day to cancel. After 3 times I was informed that there was only one masseuse and she was sick. The spa is always empty. Only an unfriendly woman in the front desk and a couple of employees (not sure what they do) but no clients. Just to get something out of the card I sent my husband to get some hair products, since I had still 220 credit. They gave him 100 in a conditioner (that states that it can’t be sold) and a couple of hair creams. I checked the prices online and each is approximately 35. So they kept almost 100 of my gift certificate. Unacceptable. It is absolutely the most unethical business I have seen. I actually can’t believe they are still open. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible business. The city should revoke its business license. !!!
