I didn’t have lunch and needed a little something. I stopped at our neighborhood DD and ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with veggie cream cheese. When I arrived home and unwrapped it, well the picture I posted speaks for itself. It kinda looked like someone used my bagel to clean off the knife! I posted the pic on FB and one friend said it looked like it was dropped on the floor, another told me to take it back, one friend just said EEWW! I was appalled! Maybe I should stop by sometime the manager is there in the store.

I go to this Dunkin donuts almost every day for a while they were amazing but lately my orders been messed up every time. And today not only was my order messed up but a angry employee was yelling and cussing on the phone outside. I’m from Atlanta and this was a little ghetto even for my taste.

I was staying at the holiday inn across the street. Needed some food later in the evening. These guys were open for 24 hours and the prices were pretty decent. I ordered the veggie egg wrap, a pumpkin and blueberry donut. All of it tasted great.

Five stars all the way for service! I came to visit a friend from out of town and I was desperately needing water.
What did I do? I headed into this Dunkin’ Donuts, across from the cemetery. Did they do? They immediately gave me a large plastic cup of water with lots of ice, exactly what the doctor ordered. I will be forever indebted to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts and provide them with my business in the future.
Staff was very kind and very nice and without question hydrated my needs.
Five stars all the way baby!

I drive through here every morning and after the wake up wrap I received (see pics) I decided not to come back. This DD always messes up my order, even when I’m very specific about how I want my coffee. Management doesn’t care, they have consistently had terrible service with rude employees who don’t care. I’m done.

food: coconut iced coffee is delicious! this was the location that I first went to that made me fall in love with dunkin! they do a great job with their flavored iced coffees. donuts are tasty and don’t taste too oily.

Was craving something sweet so Dunkin Donuts fit the bill to satisfy my craving. This location is across the street from where we were staying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Good location.
I purchased 3 donuts.
1. Pumpkin donut tasted kind of blah. (2 stars)
2. Boston Crème used to be my favorite donut anywhere. Nowadays, other shops make it better and bigger than Dunkin. Still I am a fan. (4 stars)
3. Glazed Blueberry was ok. (3 stars)
There is also a drive-​thru at this location. The customer service was good, and the shop was spotless.
I would return here the next time we are in Fort Lauderdale.

By far the only Dunkin Donuts that has never messed up my order (knock on wood). I come here quite often mostly to pick up a bagel before work in the early mornings and am swept through the drive thru within 3 – 5 minutes. Even when the line is long or the inside is packed, the service is always quick and accurate. Thats something I can really respect considering most fast food places have employees that could care less. Thanks for making my tiring mornings a little better! :)

Great Dunkin Donuts! Their morning crew is Efficient and always polite. They serve a ton of people fast, friendly and maintain good quality. The afternoon crew has 2 out of 3 but is slower.
I have to commend the commitment of the staff to customer service. I pulled into the drive through one morning to find it dismantled and a crew working to repair it. Just outside of the caution tape was a young woman with a Dunkin Donuts shirt and an order here sign. I pulled up and sure enough she had a cell phone, was taking orders and calling them in. By the time I pulled around my coffee was ready. I was impressed to say the least!

Coming from California for a night’s stay @ the hotel across the street before our cruise the following day & seeing a DD?!? Whoa! (Umm, we don’t have this in Cali).
We walked to the store at 12mn, strolling along our 18 month old son, (state of body-​wise, it was only actually 9pm PST), had our fill of coffee, donuts & their breakfast sandwiches/​pastries to go – Awesome!
Not to mention the very nice & accommodating crew that night.

The place is a mad house, however the crew that they have working in the am, must be drinking the espresso. They are fast and efficient. The coffee is always fresh and hot and the people behind the counter are on point.
Will continue to get my coffee on from here.
