Dunkin’ Donuts

So it says .99 after 2 pm so I order two ice med coffees they ring it up 3.23 hmm how does .99 equal 3.23 so I inquire and the nasty lady behind counter says only one is .99 ok but still it doesn’t make since. She said ok and handed me the coffee. Every other DD you can buy 10 at .99. Rip off here!!!

Love, love, love this location!!! the people here sure know how to give class A+++service specially this one Indian guy who makes everything perfect! I’ve yet to have a bad experience I’ve bin coming here for years can’t say anything but kind words over here I would definitely recommend this location!

This is my favorites DD location ever. They are on my way to work so I always stop by and everyone who works there is always very friendly and they give me great customer service. The drive through always moves quickly and my order is always accurate. A few of the girls who work there know my order personally haha. They are always smiling and I have never had a problem here, I will continue to get my daily caffeine at this location!

Great location and after exiting the drive through (watch for cross traffic on the sidewalk!), you’re right back on to Commercial. Coffee was quick, accurate and the usual DD quality.
Four stars for easy in and easy out!

There is good and bad for this place. For some reason they run out of things faster than any other Dunkin Donuts in the area and the donuts are not as fresh which I’m not even totally sure how that’s possible. but they are faster than any other Dunkin Donuts in the area as far as in the morning so if you’re just going for a coffee possibly a bagel and not some complicated breakfast sandwich this is the place! however, if you do need a bacon egg and cheese on a something and a specialty type coffee this is probably not going to be for you
Also when I tell them only one sugar and 1 cream they don’t look at me like I’m crazy because all of the other Dunkin Donuts look at me like what am I talking about. and then I have to look at them like you know exactly what I’m talking about that’s your email that you guys serve to everyone else

Efficient, pleasant and kind. I forgot my wallet and had to start scraping up quarters from my car seats. Lady there was kind enough to give me a coupon for a coffee so I could get a donut too. Small but significant response from DD staff. They know how to treat customers!

I get my Oreo Vanilla Beacn Coolata and a crossaint. Its delicious. I must warn you, the morning are very busy, and you can end up stuck on the main road. Overall, amazing!!!

I drove pretty far to this Dunkin from my house because it was the closest one open 24 hours. Got there around midnight and was told they had no donuts and no munchkins… are you kidding me??? Never again.

I like Dunkin Donuts coffee… lets face it, its a lot cheaper than Starbucks. And I enjoy visiting most Dunkin Donuts places… except this one. I came here last week in meeting with a recruiter and this place is close to her office. The parking lot is very small so good luck if you can find a parking space. And the parking lot is One-​Way only. So if you see a long line in the drive-​thru lane, which most of time it is, be prepared to get stuck in traffic for 10 – 15 min. But, the coffee was good, inside the restaurant was nice and clean hence the 3-​stars rating.

Very good coffee and the coffee cake muffins remind me of Mom’s coffee cake. Pretty much says it all, right there. (Yes, I liked my Mom’s coffee cake… in case you were wondering if I was «fudging» it, here.)

I like this place overall. I do not like the location set up as everytime there is a line the traffics pores into the street. They need a better parking lot. Other then that. The coffee and food is good. Except for the tuna or chicken salads. Too much mayo. Stick to coffee and donuts.

I take coffee VERY seriously and rarely do I veer away from my usual of vanilla iced coffee made with skim milk and sugar. Today however, I was feeling a little sassy, maybe even a little indulgent, and in the mood to take a risk. I COULD HAVE GONE TO STARBUCKS, MR. DUNKIN! I could have opted for a delicious (yet calorie infused) frapaccino. But I didn’t. I chose to visit my trusty friend Dunkin Donuts to try out one of the newest ice coffee flavors, butter pecan.
Admittedly, I was not all that sure about this flavor and couldn’t quite decide if I thought butter pecan coffee sounded vomit worthy or super delish. However, after having a convo with a friend over the prospects, reading some really stellar comments on the DD Facebook page and getting a personal recommendation from a trusted source, my anticipation and excitement to try out this new brew exponentially increased as I made my way over.
Well imagine my disappointment when I go to place my order and you tell me that you are OUT of the butter pecan flavor. Ruin my day why don’t you. I repeat: very rarely do I decide to step away from my usual and beloved coffee order, and the one singular day that I do decide to do this, you don’t have your shit in order. Get your shit in order, Dunkin Donuts! So that the next time I return– if there is a next time– I won’t walk out feeling so​.so. let down.

I love this Dunkin! Always a line in the morning, but never takes more than 5 minutes! Fast & friendly service, perfect for a quick stop before work!

There were two roaches in the dozen donuts that we bought. So we went right back there, which was about 10 minutes after, to ask what they can do for us. However, one of the lady workers there, Sabiha, came to us, so I thought she will try to solve out the problem with us. however, without saying sorry, she said there is nothing she can do for us because the manager is not there, and told is to come back the next day when the manager comes to work so he can give us free donuts. Then she even talked while we were talking to her, had an attitude, and kept telling us there is nothing she can do except give us back the money. We didn’t go there to argue and even told the worker away from where other customers were because we didn’t want others to hear that there were roaches. However, at the end, Sabiha even yelled out «okay lady! Go away! Go out!» to me.
We didn’t go there to argue. We just wanted them to apologize to us sincerely and maybe a coupon for free donut or something because this is not a good thing for customers to experience. However, they didn’t seem to be caring about us at all.
She told me she’s not the manager but acted like she was, but told us she couldn’t even take care of this matter.
She could’ve simply called the manager or behave to us politely if she really cared. We tried to be as nice as we could by not saying it out loud for other customers there to hear, and also started to talking to them nicely.
There needs to be something done to those kind of workers who are extremely disrespectful, careless, and rude.

Go only thru the drive-​thru. If you park and there is more than 3 cars in the drive-​thru, you will be stuck and cannot exit. Car after car comes in and there’s only one entrance/​exit. However, service was good and very fast.

After a late night down town on the way back to the hotel, we saw a Dunkin on the side and thought what better way to help soak up the rest of our libations. Since I’m a sprinkle donut freak, I ordered 4 donuts with sprinkles, and when I got up to the window the lady was like for $ 1 more I give you 6 donuts. Since I was like whatever I got the 6. Well when we got back and opened up the box, there was only 1 sprinkle donut. I was like wtf, damn… Well the donuts tasted fine and were not greasy, but I was bummed with no chocolate sprinkle donuts.

Sure I’ve been to numerous DD’s but this one plays a part in my daily M-​F routine. This isn’t the one closest to my job, but after adopting a pup (I take her to work with me everyday) I needed to find a more convenient DD with a drive-​thru.
Logistically the drive-​thru here is a mess. Mainly because the drive-​thru lanes cuts right through the parking lot (which is already very small to begin with). But I’ve been here enough times to know that despite its flaws it’s still manageable.
The staff is always pleasant and orders are almost always ready once you pull up to the window. Just an FYI — If you’re thinking of doing drive-​thru with a large order during rush hour, then be prepared to pull over to the side of the restaurant for them to give you your order. They do this mainly to prevent any hold ups and to keep the line moving along.
