Eric is OUTSTANDING! I had three inspectors over the last year and Eric was the 3rd and I wish he had been the first! He is so professional, so thorough, and his reports are amazing! He provided me with the most helpful, in depth, and easy to read and follow report. He imported all the photos he took, and even used red lines and circles to highlight certain aspects of the inspection. It’s obvious he puts A LOT (and I mean a lot!) of time into his inspections and reports. And did I mention how affordable he is? I paid TWICE as much before Eric and only got a chicken scratch report! I have recommended him to friends and will always continue to do so. I still even reference his report (6 months later) when I need to know something about my home! Thank you!

Best experience ever. Erich was super professional and detailed on the inspection. Provide me with advice and ideas to save money with the home insurance, renovations, and upgrades. He took his time to go inch by inch all over the house explaining me what was wrong and what should I do to improve it.
I will recommend Erich to every one.

Erich was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was able to turn around my report in 24 hours. He saved me a lot of money in potential repairs by identifying and indicating what repairs would have to be made. If i were in the market for a home again I would definitely use him again.
