Puzzled because I started out several months ago with a great service for my Miami Beach elevator. I called two weeks ago for service and was not dealt with straight. Last week, was told service this week on Tuesday. Spoke to Jessica on Tuesday and she understood how disappointed I was. She promised me or was it Dave who confirmed to her that I would get service today. It’s at the end of the day. Nothing so now I call the office only to be pushed on the back burner? Question: How do you run a business and pay your bills if this is how paying customers are treated? Time to move on to the several elevator service companies in the area who can get the job done
