Ok, just typical nothing to go out of your way for. There are lots of other amazing Latin restaurants in the city and county. If you are hungry and near by it will be just fine. This place is definitely neighborhood style and it looks like there are many regulars.

This was a classic hole in the wall. The food was very good. I had the churrasco and rice and plantains. There was loud music being played by a DJ, we were the only white folks in there, they knew it, yet they treated us well. It was fun and flavorful. If you find yourself in the area and need a place to hit up that is close, give it a shot. Don’t drive across town though. Everyone in there knew eachother.

A-​mazing. Since moving from Nevada, I have been disappointed by a lot of the ‘Mexican’ food served in the Miami area. Las Panteras does not disappoint. The food is fresh, delicious, and very fairly priced. The venue is small, and the service is accordingly personable. A word to the wise: if you’re not a fan of loud music, call ahead to make sure the DJ isn’t playing when you go.
