I love Jamba Juice, but this is the 3rd time I’ve been here and each time the employees are absolutely miserable. It makes you wonder why this location is especially sad…

The line moved fast and the smoothie maker clearly knew what she was doing. She was efficient where she made two drinks at once and it tasted good! We always order the apples and green smoothie and it was delicious. The only issue with this location — like all airport locations — are that the prices are very high for what it is.

AVOID. Horrible service. I am going to write to headquarters about it. Not only did they say they were out of Energry supplement, but the maker of my drink, Shaquana, wore no gloves, drank her own personal beverage with out lid while scooping ingredients, and then made it wrong by not adding ice. Then gave me attitude when I asked to make a Protein Berry Workout the correct way. @jambaJuice #jambajuice

Had a brown sugar oatmeal and a berry protein shake. Both were extremely good! Service was courteous and quick for his busy airport location.

Waited in a non-existent line for the 3 employees who were chatting with each other at the register. When I was finally«helped» they continued to chat and giggle between my orders. The two disappeared somewhere to the back, while the lady who took my order made our drinks… with the same gloves she used to accept my money. She made my drink… Which was thick and pink, when my Mango Peach Topper should be orange-ish. She made it again when I asked her why it was pink and not orange, and I think that’s when she realized my order. She made it again, but now it was white-ish and super thick, so thick she had to get a spoon to scoop it out into the cup. I stopped her and told her this was not correct when the«manager» figure(one of the chatty-3″) asked what the problem was. I told her the color and consistency was not right for my order, that something was wrong. Her response? «Not ours. This is how we make it here.» REALLYJAMBAJUICE?! She said she’d remake it for me, but it came out pretty much the same. Probably because she didn’t wash the blender the other girl used to make my drink. When asked if it looked better, if it was what I was looking for, I told her the truth, «NO» and she just smiled and moved on to chatting and looking busy. In a rush to catch my flight, I didn’t make a big fuss. A whopping 15 minutes later, no line, 3 employees, 3 tries later, I got my knock off Jamba.

Stopped by for a quick strawberries wild smoothie before an early morning flight. Waited in line for five minutes to only find that they were out of strawberries. At 8am. What? First of all, that should not be happening at an airport Jamba Juice with so much traffic. Second, Why didn’t they have a sign somewhere letting people know so that people like me aren’t wasting their time in line? After that frustration, the drink I settled on still wasn’t ready ten minutes after I placed my order. Turns out, they lost my order. Not impressed!
