WORST McDonalds ever!!! Witness the cashier short change a customer $ 50 and she had the nerve to have an attitude with him. Then when it was my turn to order it took her forever to get the order cause she didn’t know how to put what toy I wanted for my happy meal even though she said they only have one toy available. I also ordered a gauva pie but she put apple pie down. So I knew when I got my order I needed to check it and of course instead of a cutie they gave my daughter apple slices so I mentioned it to one of the girls and she changed it no problem but then I checked my pie and of course I got Apple even though I ordered gauva and when I told her she snatched the bag out of my hand. Even the cashier confirmed that I ordered a guava I said you didn’t have to snatch the bag out of my hand and she said I had an attitude. Whoever is running this place better check on their nightshift cause they are doing a horrible job. Oh yea and they forgot my sundae but I didn’t think it was worth it to go back in there.

I’ve used the McDonalds a couple of times now for breakfast. It has the standard approach (I mean that’s why we go to McD’s, right)? Food was good and came out quickly as advertised. With two full meals and upgraded (size-​wise) drinks, it seems crazy that the total was $ 14 but I guess that’s just the cost of living these days.
The location is across a busy street (State Hwy) from several hotels, it would be nice to have a crosswalk closer by. As it is, it is probably a quarter mile either way to a controlled intersection so jaywalking is likely.
Location could have been cleaner, but that’s also standard for McD. Kind of a small dining room, but I just grabbed and took back to the hotel. I’ll continue to go here, they have a corner on the market in terms of the shopping center not having many other breakfast options that are fast-​food like.
Service was outstanding, the orders were correct, the person was polite, and it was an overall good customer experience.

This McDonalds location straight up sucks. No one looks like they want to be there and it’s super SLOWWWW. Waited 25 minutes for four freaking meals and there weren’t even that many people in line. Only two cash registers and I noticed more than one order messed up while people were waiting. McDonalds corporate needs to review this location. Stay away.

Ok so if Brandi is reviewing fast food Huston we have a big problem! Ummm this place needs SHUT DOWN! They serve food that is way way way over its expiration! The manager doesn’t care at all! She just says «well it’s going to be a few minutes for a fresh one.» Ummm HELLLO LADY most people would rather wait a hot minute instead of getting sick!

We went here to have breakfast and to hang out before waiting to pick up friends at FLL airport. It’s basically just a 5 minute drive to the terminals at FLL and this place has free wifi so being that I don’t have a data plan, this is the place to hang out basically as if it’s a cell phone waiting area but you can sit and have some food and drink.
The manager here was conducting the crew and letting them know what he needed and what wasn’t getting done. It was nice to hear him make demands but do it respectfully and get the most out of his staff that way.

I got a coffee and oatmeal. Not very hard to get right. I have had this combo at 100 different McDonalds with no problems. This time, I get down the street and the coffee tastes like dirt. And the oatmeal looked really disgusting. I had to throw out the order and go without breakfast.

I must be a glutton for punishment! Last time I was here, I said never again, that was 3 months ago. I work close by, I figured maybe they’ve got better service now. EEEENNNNNNTTTTT… Wrong answer!!! Not only has the service not improved, but actually gotten worse!!! I swear, WORSE! I was the only person in line to order, 4 others waiting to have their orders filled. Why does it take 9 minutes to order a Big Mac and a drink? Seriously, 9 minutes. I’m glad for them I wasn’t a mystery shopper. I’m not glad for them because I can tell the truth by Unilocaling it! What a disaster, oh yeah, the sweet tea is empty again!

Under standard, I order a 5 $ burger but it seem like the give me the one only cost 1 $, bun and single meat only, no lettuce and tomato at all.

Rude, bathrooms are filthy, and we paid for a meal that we didn’t fully receive … Never coming back here!

Wow… All I can say is that they try. Or it’s just a really great bluff. Only reason I return is because I manage to forget that in the Bermuda Triangle of 595 and state rd 84 there is minimal close to non existent options for delivery food. Went twice in last 24 hours and sitting here now debating I think I’ll pass. Went there last night ordered 3 egg mcmuffins no meat! Only one has the correction so I made a point to tell them as there was already a 8 min cook wait for the food. Believing that was enough of a reiteration of no meat I drove to destination with 3 sausage mcmuffins and we were the only car. After returning it took another 15 mins to make the same order. :(… Too tired and trying to be understanding. I finally got my correct order. It was fresh and hot lil burnt? ??? Idk. Snack wraps are always messy and just a mush, how easy I as hell to make.?? Y’all buggin Mcd but I have faith. Little effort shows a long way.

So this is my second review. I complained to mcd’s corporate office and living so close here; I’ve had to make a couple stops here. Drastic improvement. I’d like to think it was due to my complaint and also letting know that I agree with the other Unilocal reviews.

Complete dump (even by McDonalds standards). Be sure to get vaccinated before eating here. DIRTY!

I had dinner at this McDonalds’s in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 2÷14÷2014. This was my 2^nd time there. It is located near many hotels including the Hampton Inn where I stayed. I used the drive thru and got a Big Mac for $ 3.79 and a hot fudge Sunday for $ 1.69.

The food tasted fine like all the other McDonalds locations. What made this McDonalds different was that the service was not good. The service was slow and unfriendly. There were about ten of us in line with only one girl at the register. There were about 10 people in the kitchen area most of whom were just chatting. I would not recommend going to this location.

This McDonald’s was terrible. Just being in the parking lot I thought I was going to get shanked… and that was after I was able to pull in because of the drive-​thru line that extended in a non-​uniform fashion like a Slinky out to the road. I’m not a big fast food fan but I thought maybe a salad would do. Not so much. The sign on the bathroom says «Door locked… Ask Manager for Key»…okay, so after I waited in the food line to ask for the key, he said «it’s open». OMFG. Okay, take your sign down. So I open the door that doesn’t even have a dang lock to a guy already in there behind a stall door. Okay, I can hold it. So, I go back to the counter where there’s about three people standing around and nobody taking orders. When the lady finally did, she looked bothered and as if the customers were an inconvenience. I was just thinking «get me out of here before my car is on blocks» so I eventually left with no food and no bathroom break. Agh, but I“m alive!

Prob. one of the worst McD’s I’ve ever been in as far as service. The staff are always slow, no matter what time of day.

Friendly service… at a fast food place… close to closing time… what a Winning concept and a pleasant surprise! Just the service alone makes it 5 stars!
After a fun art walk — and unspectacular dining attempt in the area — we decided for a quick fast food dinner near my friend’s place. We see the 24 hour sign (without reading the Drive-​thru only fine print), see a large group and stop in. I ordered my usual Mickey D dish (they got my Mayo opt –out right) and accidentally drop some fries. The cashier tells me immediately she’ll replace them with new ones. At this point I’m in a pleasant rapture. As my friend and I are eating they lock the doors and say they’re closing. They don’t hurry us to get out. Heck, they even allow me to place my dessert order (2 pies and a smoothie to go). WOW!
If only some fancier establishments had this level of service …
