Pak Mail

I used Pak Mail #770 in Fort Lauderdale to package and ship an antique from a local auction house. I worked with Randolph. After emailing back and forth to receive a quote, I called to pay over the phone and confirm the shipping address that was already provided in emails.
Despite my double checking, they shipped the package to the wrong address. They won’t respond to my numerous emails and phone calls.
My package is lost and they won’t even acknowledge me after taking my money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNPROFESSIONAL.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service I got from Pak Mail. Doug was extremely helpful and professional and the price to pack and ship was well below other quotes I received. I live in California and sold my condo in Florida so I needed to get items packed and shipped without being there to supervise. Pak Mail went to my condo, transported the items I needed shipped from my condo to their shop, packed everything, and shipped the items to California. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and the extreme care they took to pack everything carefully so nothing would break. I had some very fragile and valuable items and I was very impressed with how well everything was packed. Even books were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything arrived as scheduled and nothing was damaged. I could not be happier with my experience dealing with Doug and Pak Mail — I highly recommend them!!!
